Brook Fowler is a delightful, knowledgeable agent whose energy and enthusiasm for her work made a tough transition so much easier. She guided us through the process, step by step, always having our best interest at the top of her priority list. No question we asked was ever too small. Her suggestions to help make the sale a success indeed hit the mark. Working with this group is like working with family. The sale went through smoothly, even when we were an out-of-town sale. You just cant go wrong working with Brook and the team at Rodney Dunn Company!

Brook Fowler was amazing at helping get my home on the market in a short amount of time. She was always prompt with communication by answering emails or calls within the same day. Being the first time I sold a home she was excellent with explaining steps and what to expect. She sold my home within 3 months and there were no hitches. I will recommend her to everyone in the central Texas area. She is a delight to work with and knows her profession.

Our home buying experience through the Rodney Dunn company was nothing short of outstanding. Brook Fowler was attentive to our desires and was keenly focused in her search for a property in our preferred location, with the amenities we were seeking. She worked tirelessly around our schedule to meet and show potential properties that were on the market. Brook quickly found a property that we were very interested in, and worked aggressively to coordinate timely professional inspections, helped determine repair costs for the corrections of all discovered deficiencies, provided history and blueprints of the property, and helped us strategize the offer we were willing to present. Ms. Fowler was responsive 24 hours per day, and provided us with immediate updates as we worked to close on the property. Selling a home can be scary especially when you have never sold one before. I met Brook and her dad, Guy shortly before my mom passed. They were so helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my mom’s house ready to be listed and sold. I really feel like I would still be running in circles if it wasn’t for Brook.
