We were traveling when we decided that another house was in our future due to an unforeseen death in the family. I looked on line found a property we were interested in. I filled out the request. The next day Aimee Swanner called me. I told her what was going on and she was willing to do something long distance (Connecticut).She did a search, sent more info, and some other suggestions. When we finally got together, she was very prepared to answer our questions and had a clear understanding of our needs. She was very outgoing and enthusiastic and showed genuine interest in us achieving our goal. She was willing to show properties a couple of times if we were comparing different aspects. Even after the first deal fell through she went right back to work looking for another property to suit our needs.Her knowledge of the Coastal Bend Area and Rockport in particular was a godsend. She seemed to know what we were really looking for before we did. She also knew an excellent banking team and helped get that all setup. Not only does she know this area but also knows people to help accomplish getting problems fixed.She represents her agency extremely well and very professionally. We have become good friends, and I would use this agency and Aimee again, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. -

I loved Claudia Hass. I worked with her 3 years ago and that didnt work out. Got an opportunity to purchase again this year. She listened, found good properties to look at 1st day. Exceptional Service and Great Experience with Aimee at Rockport Properties!! We were down here on vacation loving Rockport and looking at a couple Sea Sheds that are houses with a shed connection over in Holiday Beach area, dreaming of owning something near the water one day. We saw a sign and called about the property this is where the fabulous experience with Aimee began. She gave us another recommendation for a place that just landed on the market, we decided to check it out. It was the place and Aimee went above, and beyond on making sure things went smoothly for us. She was so professional, timely in her calls/emails with ALL of our questions. Happy to report that we are proud owners of a place in Holiday Beach. We couldnt have done it without her. Many Thanks to Aimme for making our ARBNB and RV park dreams come true. Aimee did an amazing job for us when we were looking for properties. We were out of state and she went above and beyond by going to the property and doing a video call so we could virtually see it first hand and with that we were able to ask her to check on certain things as well. Aimee made it as easy and convenient as she possibly could with us being in another state and she did an amazing job getting us into our forever home! Our listing agent, Phyllis Kline, leaves nothing to chance. Her marketing strategies involved highlighting every positive feature of our home, creatively showcasing those features, and advertising in every form available to her. We received a contract within two weeks of listing our home! Phyllis worked tirelessly throughout the entire process; she was on top of the many things that were happening as part of this transaction; and she kept us informed by continually providing updates. When the buyer’s lender was less than diligent, Phyllis worked through the buyer’s agent to move things along quickly. We’re grateful for her service and cannot recommend her more highly than to say that we would use her again. -

Claudia Haas is absolutely the best. We found a house in Aransas Pass listed on Zillow and Claudia reached out to see if she could assist us. We were out of town buyers and Claudia went above and beyond for us. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of our purchase. She even did extra leg work for us when we couldn’t make it down to Aransas Pass. We couldn’t have ask for a more knowledgeable, friendly, and kind person to help us. Once we closed and our business was done, I had contacted Claudia with an issue I felt was important and again, she was happy to help. Rockport Properties you have a gem of an agent. Amanda was very responsive to our remote needs. She went by to check on our purchase and even measured windows for us. She was our local go to person to get things doneAmanda was flexible to our timing needs being from out of town. She returned early from vacation to show us the unit we ended up purchasing.We had a hard closing with many unexpected items cropping up. Amanda was right there to help us get all the documentation needed. I would probably have abandoned the purchase if she wasn’t here to work through the issues.She even watched our dogs when we went to close !You won’t go wrong with Amanda as you broker ! -

I have known Mark Uhr whom is the President/Owner of Rockport Properties for several years now. This past year (2012), I had the privilege of working with Mark on a project for the local Humane Society. Dias Construction was awarded the contract for construction, and I was designated as Project Manager. Mark graciously donated his time to the Humane Societys board of directors. He helped me get answers from the board and ensured them that I was doing my job constructing the building in the manner they desired. Needless to say, the project was completed months ahead of schedule and well under budget. I could have not accomplished any of this without his help. He is a man of his word and will do whatever is necessary to ensure the task at hand is accomplished. -
