    Poogle helped us with our first home purchase. We had a great experience.Buying a home in a sellers market can be very stressful. So, when it was time for us to look for a newer home, Poogle was there to guide us every step of the way.     We were so fortunate to have Poogle as our realtor. I would highly recommend Poogle especially if you are a First time home buyer. He is very committed and provides the best possible home buying experience.My journey with Poogle started in the month of Apr when i started looking for a Single Family Home in Frisco. He was always available to show the property as soon as I find one. Most important thing is, he would do a extensive research of the property and provides a detailed report of Pros and Cons prior to visiting the property. This would save a lot of time and avoid making a wrong decision.At one point of time, when I had to back out from the contingent contract, he acted very swift and backed out the contract so I could get my Earnest deposit back.Poogle helped in negotiating with the Builder/Sales team on the New Home Purchase including Options.     Poogle is our property manager and he has done a great job with everything we could have asked for! Always professional, punctual and polite! He got new gutters installed on our rental house because of water issues in the yard and I expected it to be a headache or a fight with the property manager, but Poogle was very understanding and it was never an issue. Everything we have asked for was answered in a timely and polite manner - couldnt ask for a better manager!If youre thinking about letting Rocket Realty and Poogle manage YOUR property, I would highly recommend him.     I found Poogle from his sign in my neighbors yard in 2017. I contacted him and found his suggestions very genuine in regards to whether to sell or place on rent.Based on his suggestion, I decided to place my house on rent. He helped with the whole process of taking pictures, listing for rent and once i got potential offers then helping thru the rental agreement process. Since past 4 years, Poogle has helped me with twice getting my house rented and twice placed it for sale.This time in early May 2021, I decided to sell my house and Poogle helped arrange a professional staging person to take new pictures as i have tenants occupying my house to reflect the current accurate state of house. Within less than 2 weeks my house was under contract. He gave good contacts for fixing issues identified in the inspection report. Efficiently and proactively, constantly coordinated with the buyer agent and title company to help thru various stages and processes until the final closing date.     We used Poogle’s Rocket Reality to lease our home in Little Elm, Tx. He was outstanding. Before choosing a Property Manager I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into renting the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Poogle’s RocketReality stood out as the best. Poogle’s organic rankings are excellent, social media presence was strong, and I could tell Poogle put a lot of work into his listings.We spoke with Poogle and then met with him at our home. Poogle made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps quickly like having a pro come and have professional photographs taken the next day after our meet. (Although his go to professional photographer was busy, he was quick in arranging a backup guy who was very good too as per my request).When we saw our listing we were blown away.     This is the 2nd time we worked with Mr Poogle. Given the fabulous experience we had with him buying our first home there was no way we would go with anyone other than him for our next home purchase!In Feb of this year we decided we were ready to move to another home. Over the next 2 months Mr Poogle guided us through the pros & cons of renting our first home Vs selling. We wanted to rent it but instead we ended up selling because the new house we wanted to move to was over our budget so we needed to use our Equity in the first home for the downpayment on the new home. In Early May of this year, he helped us list the house for sale and got it under contract within 2 weeks which helped tremendously with our next home purchase.As usual he provided much needed expert advice and guidance while looking at prospective homes and helped save us a lot of time to shortlist and finalized our forever home. He was always available whenever we had some hiccups along the way or to help with questions.Due to an unfavorable appraisal we almost ended up taking our house off the market ... the next couple weeks were like a roller coaster that almost derailed. Through all this Mr Poogle stood firm like a Rock guiding us giving us realistic options and eventually made it all work out by negotiating hard with all parties and following up with the buyers lender constantly - basically running the show like a super CEO!I am glad we stuck to Mr Poogle for selling our house. Given the fabulous experience we had with him buying our first home there was no way we would go with anyone other than him for our next home purchase!In Feb of this year we decided we were ready to move to another home. We wanted to rent it but instead we ended up selling because the new house we wanted to move to was over our budget so we needed to use our Equity in the first home for the downpayment on the new home. Late in April Mr Poogle did a detailed walk through of our house meticulously noting in video format the work needed to be done in the house to make it ready for showings in its most presentable form bringing out all its strong points. Further, he also provided us with the handyman who would do all the needed work and also sent over a great professional photographer to take top grade photos and aerial photos using a Drone. In less than a week, Early May of this year, he helped us list the house for sale at the right price based on an accurate market analysis by him. He was always available whenever we had some hiccups (like forgetting to take our dog with us while going out for house showing appointments or to help with questions. He also did an open house with an associate agent. Within a week we got a couple offers and ending up going under Contract within 2 weeks of listing our house on the market.Once the house went under contract we had some setbacks thanks to an unprofessional appraisal and some issues with seller of the house we were buying ... the next couple weeks were like a roller coaster that almost derailed.     We have been planning to buy a single family investment house in Dallas-Fort Worth area for over a year now.
