Steve clearly knows all the ins and outs of what I found to be a pretty complicated process. He very willingly answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop each step of the way.A couple of bullet points regarding Steve that I found to be above and beyond my expectations:- Not just quickly sharing comps, but also explaining some of the less than obvious differences in the properties in our area that recently sold.- Steve gave multiple ideas of how we could prepare our home for sale and the pros and cons of each scenario (i.e. where to invest time and money to get the best return).- I thought it would be difficult to allow someone to negotiate on my behalf, but Steve is on another level. More often than not, he knew what the other side was going to say before we heard back from them. It made that part feel like we were at an advantage at all times.- Steve helped during the closing process when the bank was having issues with paperwork and getting the final numbers correct. His help/oversight saved us both time and money.Thanks to Steve, we ultimately got more than we expected on our sale and it went surprisingly smoothly.Strongly recommend.
