Stephanie and Robert were fantastic when helping me both buy a home 4 years ago, and most recently with selling it this year. As a first time homebuyer at the time, Stephanie helped to walk me through the entire process and explained everything that was happening so I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. When selling the house this year, I was out of town for the majority of the process, and they both went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the process. They were also able to help coordinate to work being done around the house for me as far as scheduling appointments and being at the house while work was completed. I can honestly say that I couldnt have done this without them, and would highly recommend them to any future homebuyers or sellers!

Rob and Stephanie have helped me buy two houses now, both in crazy buyers markets (2018 & 2021).Not that you have to do this, but to give you a sense of how far they went to help us, they took us to tour places the day they hit the market, made offers on multiple places at once, and every contractor or inspector they ever referred has been fantastic.Its honestly fun to work with them, theyre professional and enthusiastic and helpful. Ten out of ten, if we ever buy again we know who well be calling.
