Joe is a rock star. We couldnt have imagined a better selling experience. We had a seller within 10 days after our home had been on the market for 6 months prior to Joe being our realtor. We even had competing offers. He communicates effectively, sending email summaries, gives great advise on exactly what is needed to get our house sold and even handled repairs and contractors expertly. He used to work in construction so he is very knowledgeable and advised us when contractors/inspectors were over quoting repairs. He even stepped in to make some minor repairs himself. Joe rocks!!
