10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend and plan on using for any other real estate needs. Our real estate agent was Sofia Cerna. Her level of commitment to us was beyond what anyone would expect. We were able to reach out to her at any hour with any question regardless of how trivial they may seem. At one point I apologized for the constant harage of questions and her response was if its important to you, than it is important to me. I genuinely felt as if she meant it. She was very involved in the entire process and even made sure our lender gave us a high level of service.
