Amanda was fantastic. My parents had to move to an Assisted Living Facility, and we didnt want the house to sit empty for long. Within 2 days of being put on the market, we had multiple offers. Amanda helped us decide on the offer that best fit our needs. A month from the date of the contract, we closed on the sale of the house. She took care of everything. When we needed a mobile notary to make it easier for my dad to sign the final paperwork, she set all of that up. She was gracious, kind, and supportive during a time that was very difficult for our family. If you need a realtor, please consider using her.

Amanda Reed was an exceptional real estate agent! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. My husband and I unexpectedly decided to buy a new house and Amanda was available the next morning to show it to us. She is very detail oriented and walked us through each step of the process, and advised us on a good price to offer. Due to her efficiency, we were the first ones to place an offer on the house, and the sellers accepted that day! The house did not appraise for what we offered, but she was able to negotiate the price down to the appraisal price, which saved us a great deal of money. She was very communicative throughout the process and was there to answer any questions we had along the way.Once we moved into our new house, we listed our old house with Amanda. She ran some comps and gave us a couple options in terms of list price and optional updates. We decided to do some updates she recommended before listing, with the hopes of making a bigger profit. We listed it, got multiple offers over asking, and were under contract in 3 days! During inspection, they discovered some pretty serious water damage and other issues, and Amanda was there to calmly walk us through our options. She came up with some innovative solutions that did not break our budget, and we were able to make the repairs and still close on time.We had a fantastic buying and selling experience with Amanda and appreciated her negotiation skills, timely responses, solutions-driven attitude, and expertise in unusual scenarios.

If you are looking for a hardworking and knowledgeable realtor, Amanda is the perfect fit for the job. This was my first time ever selling a house, which was intimidating enough AND the house became listed for sale at the beginning of the COVID lockdown. Amanda was very thorough in guiding me through the entire process which greatly eased my mind. She was very responsive not only with my questions but also with the questions from potential buyers and their agents. And especially leading up to closing the process was a breeze as the direct result of her efforts. Hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about Austin area real estate and just crazy smart. I mean, how many real estate agents do you know with a masters degree?She was so easy to work with, very easy to get in touch with, and made herself available. No question was dumb and every answer she gave us was thoughtful and honest.She knows the market and will be honest with you about a good versus not good buy. Our house value has already gone up almost $20K in the last year. She knew the right areas to look at and was 100% correct that our neighborhood was in an up and coming neighborhood. She isnt motivated by making money, shes motivated by helping people. She was just as excited as we were when our offer on our house was accepted.We are so grateful for her insight and years of experience/knowledge.Beyond caring about her clients and knowing a ton about the real estate market in the greater Austin area, she is just a good person who you will honestly look forward to seeing at every house showing.
