Sarah is amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable about her field, and happily answered our many questions about buying our first home. She expertly guided us through the process so it didnt feel overwhelming or unreachable, and ensured that we understood everything. She was very flexible, always making time to show houses or submit paperwork promptly so we didnt miss opportunities. Sarah was encouraging and never doubted that we would find a house we loved, which we did!We could not have found our beautiful home without Sarah and Steves help and were so grateful to have worked with them!

Sarah is an exceptional human being. She manages to find the balance between being thorough and focused and feel like you are hanging out with your best friend. She continuously has your best interest at heart. She is patient, kind and never puts any pressure. Researches thoroughly and answers every questions patiently. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah for 2 years before finding the most perfect little house. She never lost hope, house after house, always cheerfully optimistic that the next one might be the one. Until one day, it was. I have dealt with a lot of realtors in the past, both buying and selling property. I have never been more at ease than I was with Sarah. We gave her an idea of what we thought we wanted and she went to work. She took us to houses that she knew would not be good picks for us but told us the pros and cons of the place and let us make our own decision. She was quick to point out anything she saw that might need repairing, She took us back to look at the same house over and over till we finally made up our minds. Then she guided us through the buying process. I cannot say enough good about Sarahs professionalism, her knowledge base of what she is doing, and her personality that can put anyone at ease and make them feel as if they are her only client. I would most definately recommend Sarah to all my friends and family and to anyone who asks me about a realtor. From start to finish Sarah made sure we understood everything, that all questions were answered to our satisfaction, and we were protected in writing before we ever signed a piece of paper.
