In my humble opinion, Chris and Shannan Riemer are two of the BEST Real Estate agents in Austin. Besides being great people who are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with, they just know Austin and all the different neighborhoods and options so well. On top of that, Chris and Shannan just love Austin so for them, its an exercise of love to be able to help people find the right homes in this community.My most recent experience was the great job Team Riemer did helping my father-in-law find the right condo to buy here (in the great neighborhood of Enfield). Not only were they there every step of the way to help him, but they also aided in the efforts to find people to rent the property, since he only is in Austin part of the time.I would (and do) recommend Shannan and Chris to everyone. Cant think of a better team in Central Texas.

After reviewing and speaking with several real estate specialists while planning our move back to Austin, We decided to give Riemer Residential a try. I was immediately impressed with Shannans enthusiasm not for selling us a house but for explaining the different parts of Austin and working hard to understand what was important to our family. She was very thorough with both my wife and I on separate phone calls and after speaking with us, her and Chris put a plan together for locating our house. Within a day we had customized listings based on our preferences delivered to our inbox for review (they adjusted the criteria for us several time)When we decided to come look for houses from Houston, Chris accommodated our schedule and took us to view homes the day after Christmas! Because of our tight schedule and our own holiday travel needs, we were limited in what we could do and they worked hard to adjust. During our viewings, Chris answered all of our questions but still gave us space to make our own decision. He literally took us to every corner of Austin in one day (Did I mention this was a day after X-mas?).Upon selecting a house, Chris represented us with our interests in mind and the transaction went without a problem. We had such a great experience with Riemer Residential. Any one who is looking to buy a house in Austin should use them. They dont treat you simply as clients, they create a trusting relationship and this is very important when dealing with the stress of moving from another city. Chris even sat on the phone with me and answered general questions I had about selling my house in Katy, Tx, and this was after we bought our house in Austin. He even gave me advice on how to prepare the house and stage it for selling! This was a transaction he had no involvement with other than wanting to help me out.You cant put a price on the service provided by Riemer Residential. We will definitely use them again should we need to sell our house or buy another one in Austin.

Chris and Shannan Riemer are truly dedicated people. They take the time to know you, your interests, your goals, and basically what makes you tick. Armed with that knowledge, and their deep understanding of Austin, they help you find the home thats right for you. Ive worked with them on my own home, as well as a couple properties Ive purchased through my investment partnership. Each time, they have found the perfect place for the situation, and I could not recommend them more highly. In addition to being top-notch realtors, theyre also great people and a real pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Shannan and Chris if you are in the market for a new home in the Austin area. Arriving in Austin after selling our home in VA, we were anxious to find our dream home as quickly as possible. One meeting with Shannan and a few hours with Chris and miraculously we found it! They listened to our wish list, and delivered! In addition, they were there with us every step of the way, including the walk through and closing, answering all of our many questions with patience and professionalism. We couldnt have asked for anything more.

Theyre not just a fancy website..theyre the real deal. We have two young kids (ages 4 and 2) and our last realtor wanted to cram in a bunch of viewings over the weekend over a several hour period. Not practical (or possible). The Riemers were the answer. They worked around our schedule (two for the price of one..no joke), learned our preferences, and had a no-nonsense approach to it all that kept us at ease despite a year-long search. Quick viewing over lunch hour? No problem. Early on Saturday before naptime? No problem. Just saw a listing and have a 15 minute window? Theyll make it work. They were always happy to accommodate our schedule(a key benefit given the Austin market). Weve now lived in our new home and love it --- all thanks to the Riemers. Finding and buying a home doesnt have to be stressful. They get that.
