We live out of state and needed to sell a rental property. The house needed extensive renovations. Rich was there for us every step of the way. He met vendors, contractors, and anyone else that needed last minute access to the house. I honestly don’t know how we would have survived the whole process without him. We have bought and sold many homes but never worked with a realtor that was as patient and professional as Rich. And we were able to get top dollar. He went above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough!!
