Rene Galvan with RGV Realty listed our home on the market in late July. It was under contract in a few weeks and we finalized and closed on the sale in under 3 months. Mr. Galvan’s work started several weeks before the house was listed. He provided valuable advice on what tweaks we needed to make so that it would be appealing and showroom ready. Sure enough, the home showed well and we got a good offer. During the closing process, he noticed a mistake on the taxes section of the closing documents. That error would have cost us $4K if Mr. Galvan would not have noticed. Overall, his many years of real estate experience proved to be invaluable to us. We would highly recommend him.

Between my family and friends we have used Rene Galvan for probably close to a dozen home sales or purchases in the last decade and a half. We love Rene because frankly speaking, he is the best of the best! We have not only benefited from his many years of expertise in real estate but in addition to this, he has experience in construction, architecture, accounting, and business. Rene is so honest and ethical, and there would be no reason for us to ever use anyone else.

Rene as a Broker is not only an expert in his field, he is honest, ethical, conscience with details regarding his transactions, and timely. If you to with purchase or sell you property, hands down he is it. He has years of experience and his background in architecture and accounting set him apart from others.
