This was my first time renting and Will McEntire was extremely helpful in detailing the rental process and finding an apartment that was astronomically better than any apartment I’d found elsewhere. Will found a unit in immaculate condition with charm, $200 cheaper than comparable units, and with utilities included! I was referred to him by a friend who was helped in renting a 4 bed shared house and I couldn’t recommend him enough as well!

Will was INCREDIBLE leading my roommates and I through the entire leasing process! As soon as we met him and toured the first property, he connected us to the portal and consistently set us new listings within our criteria. He responded quickly to texts and emails, and advocated on our behalf with several houses we had put an offer on. One night he spent almost an hour with us via a zoom call to help with our applications, showing his commitment and how much he cares about his clients. Will always has a positive attitude, and was so efficient, knowledgeable, effective, respectful, and understanding. My roommates and I are so thankful for him helping us find our house here in Austin and I would highly recommend him as a realtor!!

I have a multitude of rental properties throughout Texas, and my properties in central Texas that are managed by REspace Austin are definitely the least stressful of the group. Tony (and all of his people at REspace) are very attentive to my properties and have a great sense of how much information I need to receive. They tell me about big projects and get my approval in advance, but they appreciate that I dont want to hear about every single activity they undertake, so they dont overwhelm me with correspondence. I have used REspace for almost 15 years and I will keep using them whenever possible. I strongly recommend them!

I recommend REspace to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Austin area. My fiancée and I had the pleasure to work with Will McEntire who helped us through the entire rental process. Our situation was challenging because I just graduated and still in the job search process. Yet Will remained positive and flexible as our living situation and target location changed. Will was available whenever we had a quick question or an update. I especially appreciate his patience and professional demeanor. Will carved out time for multiple showings despite our often busy and conflicting schedules. Even after we settled on the rental of our dreams, Will personally arranged a final tour of the house with our new property manager to see it for himself. Raul Mesta was great!In a few words, I have purchased many properties and dealt with many agents in my life. But Raul is by far the most dedicated, devoted, helpful and patient agent we have ever worked with.We live in Houston and wanted to look into a property purchase for my daughter who was starting at UT in the fall of 2021. We found a property and reached out to an agent about it. Raul was the agent that called back. This was in Feb of 2021. The market was very tight, and very difficult to navigate. Properties were being bought sight unseen and with no conditions. We put in offers on a number of properties and they all fell through. Raul stayed with us, remained patient and did not let go. We had a budget, and did not want to get caught up in the run up bids... so decided to take our time. Raul understood... no pressure tactics and only remained steadfast in monitoring the market and quickly jumping on any new listing. Ultimately, we found a reno property with many unknowns, and he advised us carefully and helped us navigate the purchase. That particular purchase took over 3 months to close, but we closed days before we needed it. Raul did everything he could possibly do to help us. Virtual visits, Title company checks, market intelligence. Most importantly, he helped us navigate the purchase of a property through the most difficult market I have ever witnessed and remained devoted and dedicated to us. I would recommend Raul to anybody looking to enter the Austin market. Tony Lazarov over at REspace is definitely one of the best real estate brokers in Austin. He has a great eye for properties and somehow manages to see hidden potential and find gems that other brokers have overlooked. Most importantly, he is responsive and really works hard! When other brokers sit around waiting for deals to happen, Tony takes the initiative and makes them happen. I cannot count how many multiple offer situations I have been in where I got the property because Tony just out hustled the other agents and convinced the seller to sell to me.
