    My wife and I bought our first (and only) home with Brady. The experience was fantastic! We built in a new development about 20 miles north of downtown. Brady came out several times to help with every aspect from dealing with the builder sales rep (Iā€™m sure that sounds small but when youā€™re buying your first home and building as well the experience is quite overwhelming), picking out all of the ā€œextrasā€ and staying within budget to doing walkthroughs as the build was happening. One point that really sticks out about our experience is when we locked it in. We had come out on a meeting with the builder and to go over custom options. Brady was being diligent as always and learned that at the time the land plots were half off. This was a big deal to me because I was wanting the largest plat I could get but had to stay within budget. We werenā€™t sure about whether or not everything was ready on our end. Brady reassured us about everything and we locked it in. We got 1/4 acre for 10k versus 20k in a master planned community where the average lot looks like the back fence 20 feet from the back door. That helped fulfill my biggest want in all of this. A huge bonus that Brady told us would happen is that our property value has skyrocketed! We bought in 2017 at 325k and now it is valued for over 500k according to the bank that gave us a home equity loan. Everything that Brady helped us with was spot on. Assuming that I ever move Brady is my first call.Jesse F.
