I went back and forth on the idea of listing my home for sale by owner and was so thankful that I listed with KW. Jaime P. was an excellent realtor and answered all my questions as a first time seller & buyer. I was impressed with the entire process and how quickly my home sold! The use of technology and digital paperwork also made it easy for me while I traveled, I was able to keep up with all documents necessary when offers came in. I know if I had sold it on my own it wouldnt have sold in 2 days and I would have gotten less money for it.Thanks so much for walking with me through this experience! I wanted to do a For Sale by Owner, but after 2 months of stress and little luck I decided to go with Cory to list. He had come by once before and actually sat down with me and my wife to just talk about the whole selling process and what all we would be taking on without an agent. He never pushed us to list with him but offered his assistance if we had questions during our sale. The other agents just wanted us to list with them and didn’t bother to give advise as we tried to sell. We got our first offer in less than 24 hours after Cory listed our home, and we accepted the buying offer in 48 hours of listing. Cory took care of everything and made it so “Stress Free” through the rest of the process. Thank you Cory.

In my opinion, they went above and beyond to help my husband and I find such a lovely home in Lubbock.
