Finding the perfect home to make into a music studio is no easy task. But Randi Dukes with Repeat Realty knocked it out of the ballpark. We felt so supported thru the whole process and really loved the attentiveness to detail and amazing communication thru it all. Not only did we find a place but RR was able to recommend so many local businesses to help us complete our renovations. We consider them family now and would never dream of working with anyone else.

Randi Dukes and Zach Moore are simply amazing! I called Zach on a Thursday evening and had a conversation about the challenges I was experiencing locating properties. Zach paired me with Randi Dukes the following morning and we viewed several properties over the weekend. By Tuesday afternoon, I had finalized and agreement and now I am preparing to move to the new property. Randi was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire search. I never had to reach out to her to see how things were progressing because she was in constant contact. I now see why they are called Repeat Realty. They now have another client for life. Zach and Desiree are so awesome! I was looking for a home to buy in a very competitive time for buyers. They did not give up after helping me through several offers on homes I fell in love with. They are very knowledgeable of the Lewisville area and of all the ways you can get your offer noticed and accepted even in a multiple offer situation. They were recommended to me by an extended family member who had years of experience with their office. When you find someone who has been in their profession for many years and who is very excited about what they do, then you know you are working with the right people!

My wife and I were trying to move fromFlower Mound to Keller and we very grateful that found Denver. He made showing very easy for my wife since we just had new born and made him available at almost anytime. We were not experienced home buyers so Denver essentially was our consultant. He helped us get the best price on our home and assisted us finding our perfect home for a growing family. He was there for every step. 4 days before closing we ran into issues due to a hail storm and Denver made the entire process easy through vast network that our closing was only pushed back by a day.
