Warren was an amazing realtor who helped us with our first home purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had about properties we looked at and made the homebuying process incredibly easy. He kept us updated on the property we bought throughout the whole process and made sure that the house was fixed up and taken care of by the seller. Warren was a lifesaver. I was referred to him by a friend and he delivered! We were in contract with a seller and when lending fell through, Warren was able to pivot and assist with securing a different lender. Bottom line, Warren Barreto is amazing.Warren was recommended to me by a friend after a poor experience with my original realtor while searching for my first home last spring. The original realtor wasnt helpful, only provided listings that were above my price range, and seemed annoyed by my questions. Warren was the complete opposite - super helpful, understanding, accommodating, and truly eager to please. I could not have asked for a better partner in my search for a new home. Thanks to Warren, I found my dream home and closed with ease.

He has been in the luxury high end real estate game for over a decade. His selfless service and kindness towards others is apparent. It might be his British accent, it might be his swag. But if you do business with Warren, he will work for you until it’s done. Such a smart and charming individual. It has been my pleasure getting to know him and finally doing business with him.
