Had the pleasure of working on a transaction as a Loan Officer for a buyer of a property that Enrique Lopez had listed for sale. The Property was actual unique for the area and we had to all come together to find a loan and appraisal that worked for the buyer and the seller.Enrique was great to work with on this deal and thats saying something as this was a complicated issue selling a property with few comparisons in the area. At the end of it we closed with the buyer and seller getting exactly what they wanted and overall a smooth process with cool, level heads keeping everything professional and pleasant. My client loves the property now, its his first home and in the lake area, and Im thankful that everyone made this happen for him.

Hard worker, Honest, Responsive. Great agent. Takes the initiative to do what needs to be done. He had signs built and installed on property and when one was damaged he went out personally and repaired it. All done without me ever asking. A great guy who returns calls immediately and does what he says he will do.
