    I want to thank Chantal Nguyen for the amazing job she did on selling my father’s home in Houston, Texas. The amazing thing was she did this without my father or any of his family living near Houston. My father is 90 years old and had to move to west Texas so all transactions were done via phone and computer. Chantal always kept us updated and made the instructions for anything that we had to do easy. At times things got tough but Chantal was right there getting things fixed if needed, calling and finding the right person to do the job of fixing the problem. Thank you for everything. For example, during the winter storm, where hundreds of people had reported burst pipes due to the water freezing within the pipes, she went out of her way to check on the house that we had an offer in on to ensure there were no issues. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and has so much experience, which makes her great at what she does!
