When it comes to Carmen Ramos, not only was she extremely courteous and professional, but she immediately treated me like a real person and not just a customer. It completely took away the stress of whether or not I was just being sold a product, or whether someone was truly trying to meet my needs and find the best fit. Truly a fantastic agent I would recommend to any and everyone.

Stephanie Schley of RE/MAX Northwest helped us purchase a new construction home in Houston, TX.
