You will not find a kinder, more proactive, knowledgeable realtor than Candi McCormick. We worked with several people prior to meeting her and she stands way out from the crowd. She was the only one who sent us listings with regularity. It took us nearly a year to find our home and Candi patiently took us to what felt like every single house in Pampa, Texas before we found the perfect place. She is warm, friendly, and always made herself available to us, carefully walking us through all the steps of what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. We also felt that she was in our corner, advocating for us all through the contract and closing stages. We highly recommend Candi and we now consider her our go to agent.

I worked with Candi on this sale and I could not have got it done without all of her help. She went above and beyond the normal realtor expectations. The house needed a lot of repairs. She found contractors for me to use and always kept me up to date on the progress, including pictures. The property was in Texas and I live in Colorado. I never saw the house as it was part of an estate. I relied on Candis recommendations and pictures to get the job done. I very very much appreciated all of the work that she did to get the house sold. You cant go wrong using her for your realty needs. She will do what ever it takes to get your property sold.Craig B.

My wife and I were looking to relocate to Pampa, Texas. We were living in Arizona at the time. We googled Real Estate agencies in Pampa and found RE/MAX Hometown. We started reading the reviews on the agents in this agency and were very impressed with the reviews on Candi McCormick. We started working with Candi remotely and were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area in and around Pampa. We found several listings that looked interesting and asked Candi to schedule showings. She did so and would walk the properties using Facebook FaceTime so we could see the interior and exterior of each property. This effective use of the technology was extremely useful and prevented us from having to fly to Amarillo/Pampa for the viewings. Candi was very patient and had a great attitude as she viewed numerous houses from White Deer to Pampa to Wheeler. We chose a house in Pampa and she led us through the entire process until we closed. We were very pleased with the entire experience with Candi and her broker, Patti. We would highly recommend both as true professionals in making our home buying experience a joy.
