Cody Halbardier helped us find our dream home! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We were first time home buyers and Cody was awesome and answered all of our questions. Cody Halbardier was everything we could have asked for in a realtor during our search for our new home. While transitioning from the military she was our lifeline while we were in another state, deciding on the right area and builder. A constant professional, Cody is also down to earth and easy to talk to. She definitely made us feel as if she was on our team. She was knowledgable in the process of buying/building a new home and always took our input into consideration. I Love the Professionalism of Pamela Rathke! She is very knowledgeable and just a dynomite Agent!•••I also feel that Using a local Remax office offers great benefits from being a Nation Wide Agency! Their Marketing Plans are specific to each client, which I Love! No cookie-Cutter methods there! I also appreciate the daily status reports sent to my email allowing me to see who is looking at my property. I appreciate always being in the loop. Pamela Rathke is quick to return my calls, and gives me the assurance I need to know I made the right choice with Remax. I feel like I could go on, but I would definitely come back here for my future real estate ventures!
