Courtney helped us purchase our first home in 2020 and then helped us sell that home in 2024. She knows the Athens area very well, which was obvious when we looked at multiple homes before making our purchase. Her attention to detail, quick response times, and proactive approach made the entire process very smooth both times. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions. Her expertise in the local market was invaluable, and I truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. She also works with and recommends great parties in other areas of home buying & selling (home inspectors & title company). We would absolutely work with Courtney again in a heartbeat!

2 years ago I had a major situation during covid requiring me and my wife to move immediately from our homestead and property. I reached out and found a realtor named Sarah Barnett. After explaining our situation she jumped right on it trying to help us find land/property to our liking. We viewed many properties and every time it seemed like we found someplace the property sold. They were selling so fast we were fighting a losing battle. But Sarah never gave up and let me tell ya, she gave us hope until the day we landed our dream place. This realtor was top notch, professional, hard working and always kept us informed on what she had going on. I have worked with remax realtors in the past and have always been very impressed. Sarah was by far the best to date and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy land or home a home. Even recently she helped me in purchasing more land and I cant thank her and remax enough.
