    Marcella found my husband and I our very first home a little over a year ago. She was able to figure out what we were wanting when we couldn’t even explain it, found us the very best she could in our price range, was able to answer all the crazy questions first time buyers have (and trust me there were plenty) and all around made what could’ve been an awfully daunting experience an actual breeze. But even besides the immaculate care she takes in her job, she is kind, helpful, responsive, attentive, and makes you feel like you are her one and only client at all times.     Jeff Meinecke has been an outstanding realtor. This was our first time buying a house and we jumped in fast, learning how everything works in a matter of weeks. Jeff was not the first realtor we called. We started looking at houses on our own, calling whichever agent was on the sign in the yard, and casually getting to understand how it all worked. After speaking with a handful of agents, and nearly making a few offers, we turned to Zillow, somehow getting saddled up with Jeff. Immediately, he seemed trustworthy. He was blunt and honest, knowledgeable and patient. He never pushed anything on us and never made it feel like he was a salesman. We looked at maybe 20 houses, and he would always do research for us on each location. We tried not to take advantage of his patience, and started vetting houses to limit the work we were putting on him. Even so, he never seemed to mind going the extra mile. When we put our first offer down, and were out bid by $15k, he was reassuring that they overpaid. When we put our second offer down, he helped us through the option period, acting quickly to pull out of the deal when it wasn’t going to work out in our best interest. And when the perfect house for us popped up on the market he helped us work fast to put our offer in the same day it was listed. He has been a bit of a Godsend for my wife and I, who had no experience with real estate. He answered all of our questions, and was quick to call. Communication was excellent. His work ethic was both shrewd in how he helped us shop, and selfless in how he valued our interests. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service he provided.

    Specializes in Rockwall and knows the entire city/town in and out plus maybe everyone in the industry out there.Before I came to Leighton I had a bad experience with another realtor (Ebby Halliday) who tried to slip in an agent contract where I can only use him in all surrounding areas in and around Dallas for 6 months and if he didnt receive 3% commission I would have to make up the difference right before the closing of a home.     Im editing my review. I was told by the previous mortgage company Guild Mortgage Rockwall that the problems we were having were due to the Regal Realtors. After nearly a month, I learned Regal Realtors was not the problem and that i had been lied to by Guild Mortgage. Regal Realtors is a good real estate company, and I do recommend them.

    From the moment we decided to sell our house and purchase a new one, Regal Realtors was there to help guide us throughout the entire process! We listed our house and it sold on the 6th day! Could not ask for anything better! I highly recommend using Regal!

    If you are looking for a home and don’t use Melanie Loar as your realtor then your just a.... ok maybe a bit much but our experience with Melanie was greatness. She helped us find our dream home and then helped us through the loan process closing etc. all this while the economy was shutting down. In short choose Melanie!

They walked us through the process and aligned us with great lenders, inspector and title company! These guys know EVERYONE in Rockwall, Heath and Royse City.

    This guy doesnt just stick a sign in front of your house and hope for the best like other realtors Ive worked with. Leighton has a professional stager walk through your home and help to get it in tip-top showing shape. Within a few days of listing, we started showing several times a day. We had several offers in under a month, and sold that fast. Id recommend Leighton to anyone serious about selling their house.
