    Jason Hamilton was an amazing agent. Having been a former realtor myself, he was so knowledgeable, helpful and went way beyond what you would expect from a good agent.     Kim was a super great realtor! She was very professional starting from the first meeting providing a folder of numbers and doing her homework ahead of time. She responded to calls and texts very quickly and had twice as many open houses than originally anticipated. Her open house signs were decorated with balloons and the optics were really classy. In addition, she paid to get our carpet cleaned when it came down to the wire. Also, she let my maid in once when she couldn’t figure out the lock box! Overall, we sold near listing price and are very pleased with our experience with her.

    Issie from Realty Texas is just simply AMAZING!! She welcomed us when we flew into Austin and dedicated an entire day to show us all around..Then she worked with us remotely for a whole year long to help us find the right property, then oversee our new home build and went above and beyond to drive hours back and forth to perform inspections and walkthroughs on our behalf and kept us informed every step of the way..She sent us photos of progress when developer was slow to communicate and was super knowledable on local gotchas and managed communications with developer and kept them on their toes.The attached pictures you can see all the blue tape Issie and her husband stuck on all the areas that needed to be addressed at walkhtrough, which they did on their own time on our behalf!!We would not have been able to find, build and close on our dream home all the way from across the country without Realty Texas!A++++ and would recommend them in a heartbeat..THANK YOU REALTY TEXAS!!!

    Zak and Emily Barton could not have been more professional, friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with!! Yes, buying and selling homes is a stressful process, but Zak and Emily made it so smooth. The work they put into selling my last home was above and beyond, and everything from the virtual tour to the pictures turned out beautifully. The home had multiple full ask offers within 72 hours, and I credit much of that to Zak. Next time I need to buy or sell a home, there is no doubt Ill be going with Zak again!
