I released mine from our contract and immediately hired Lora and haven’t looked back. She took it very personal that I was selling my home of 33 years and wanted to find just the right house in my price range. My big thing was I wanted porches and walk in showers. She was on the hunt and found me the perfect house that I Love with 2 porches and 2 walk in showers. She was very interested that I found a house that I was happy with. We had the most amazing experience with our realtor Noelle Ward. She went over in detail the path we would take in selling our home as well as the path in purchasing our new home. Im moving to Austin and came down for a week to find a place - I was referred to Alison Sifuentes and she was excellent!! She helped me and my colleague find a place. I spoke with multiple brokers and locators and Alison was by far the best. She was the only one who consistently found me options in my price point that had all the criteria I wanted. She picked me up and toured the properties with me and unlike most brokers who are constantly trying to sell you on something she was patient and honest. My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Realty One Group Prosper and most especially Noelle Ward. We needed to find a place to rent in kind of a hurry and had an area in mind. She sent us updates on houses that fit our criteria. Together we picked out some homes to walk thru. Noelle scheduled us with the various lessors and within one day we had our place. She helped us get through the barrage of paperwork with little to no stress. This group and especially Noelle really cared about what we wanted and helped us find it. It’s apparent that Noelle loves what she does and truly cares about meeting the needs of her clients. Sara McGettrick from Realty ONE Group Prosper was a huge help to us throughout the process of building our new home. We had some very particular must-haves as we began seeking out a place to build, and Sara helped us find exactly what we were looking for in no time flat. Saras keen attention to detail and background of having worked directly for various builders were also huge assets as we were out of the country for much of the construction phase and therefore really leaned on her to monitor the builder’s progress right up until close. She was absolutely terrific about checking in on things and keeping us updated. Now that we are in our new home, we are very happy and simply could not have done it without Saras help so we are incredibly grateful.

I love my mother and know that she would do anything for me but the way that Malaya fought for me with the purchase of my first house was definitely on par. Not only did she go above and beyond with the other realtor, making sure that my concerns were expressed and the offer reflected that, but she stayed on top of things when everything went awry with my lender and contractor. In all of that nightmare, she was the shining light that kept me sane. She was always able to guide me towards options with every monkey wrench that was thrown at me and when she didn’t know, she was honest about it and reached out to find the answers. I could not have asked for a better realtor. I have happily referred her to everyone and anyone I know who is in the market and I know of one other who has successfully bought a house using her who cites the entire process as a breeze thanks to Malaya.

I knew Dean from a previous buying transaction and asked him if he could help me sell my mothers home in Plano since he told me a closing could be done remotely now. I had no idea how much that area had increased in pricing until he showed me his research. He worked with a contrary buyer and arranged a remote closing so I didnt have to travel to Plano. I got more for the home than I imagined since it needed considerable updating. Great guy! Great negotiating skills too!
