Amazing firm. All the agents here are hopeful, energetic, extremely knowledgeable and have built great relationships with lenders so that a perspective buyer or seller can rest assured that your agent will close your deal as quickly as possible and often faster than I’ve seen other’s get into or out of their homes. I worked with Jeannie because she’s a veteran/VA loan and relocation expert - I had a few small issues to work on and she found me a lender that would fit my unique situation and together those things made my “five year plan/dream” happen this year and I frankly thought that was impossible. We looked at many homes but she nailed the one I ultimately went with in her first 3 suggestions. If you want a home but think you’re not financially ready for it yet - do yourself a favor and reach out to these guys (Jeannie is my favorite) and let them evaluate where you’re at; you’re likely more ready than you think!

Prior to putting our home on the market, I did thorough research on local realtors. After a month, I decided to select Annie Marshall. The moment I met her, I knew I had made the right decision.At our initial meeting, she gave a thorough overview of the selling process.Annie brought sample documents that would be used, along with a list of comparable properties currently for sale or that had by been recently sold in the immediate area, in order to help make a decision for the selling price. More importantly, Annie is a good listener. Shes very open to questions and eagerly answers openly and honestly.Once I made the decision to sign a listing contract with her, it was off to the races. Annie was awesome at every step of the process. She kept me informed of every contact or action related to our listing. Once a week, she even emailed a data report of internet inquiries related to our listing. Annie always answered my emails promptly, usually within two hours or less.Thanks to Annies outstanding real estate skills and superb communication, our home listing and closing process took less than 60 days.I would highly recommend Annie Marshall to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. I love our brokerage. The fees are insanely good. But that’s not it. It’s that your around people that actually care. The space that we have helps too. Great environment, beautiful office, all the technology needed for our agents to succeed.
