Many years ago, I found a relatively cheap house, but Gray immediately told me that the price of that house was low because the environment there was poor and unsafe, and I shouldnt consider it. OUTSTANDING!!! Gary Wang has handle the buy, sale and rental of my home. Each time was seamless. Keeps you apprised of all events. He has been a great broker/realtor in handling my rental property and getting me great tenants. He handle the private purchase of my present home and we just closed on the sale of our rental house. He is efficient, always watching out for what is best for me and my family. Gary has a long history in the area and is a solid choice to handle all aspects of home buying, sale, and rentals.

We had the pleasure of working with Gary twice. He conducts business in a very profesional/gentle way and can be assertive when needed. He thinks of everything and is always looking out for our best interest. I like that he never sugarcoats things, hes frank and upfront and extremely knowledgeable of the real estate laws. We never had to worry because Gary is on top of everything. Anything you can think of, hes already investigated, completed, prepared, researched, etc. And hes a great communicator!

Gray Wang is our real estate agent, and we used him twice to buy a house. He treats every client with dedication and spares no effort to find, view and select a house that satisfies him. Once he followed our request and took us to see 7 houses in succession. We were very tired and we were still a little too satisfied with the houses we had seen. But we are really embarrassed. Just wanted to place an order. But Wang was not impatient at all, and encouraged us: Go and look at the next house, Maybe this house is your favorite. Sure enough, we were pleasantly surprised.
