I had a great experience using AE Realty, my realtor Lia Perez was amazing. She made the leasing process super stress-free. She went as far as setting up appointments for us, and even meeting us at the places to tour the apartments. I love my new apartment and I definitely don’t think I would’ve been able to find it without Lia’s assistance. The apartment locator service is also completely free and we received free movers. I highly recommend AE realty group as well as Lia Perez.

I worked with Carly, what a sweetheart this is my 3rd new build home . And I have to say the by far the hardest because of the the builder. Let me tell you this girl was all over it. I’m exhausted from this experience and I know she is as well. She questioned everything I asked and some things I didn’t ask just to make sure all was good for a client. Thank you Carly

There are not that many realty groups in SA with the experience and leadership that matches AE Realty. When you work with AE realty, you will be matched with someone who will remain your fiduciary advocate from your first meeting all the way until closing, and even after. The real estate industry is a complicated place, and as a client, we should be teaming up with professionals who will make the experience relatively stress-free. AE Realty does just that.

I have had the best help in a long search for a home from AE Realty. In particular, Carl and Larry, gave excellent advice, and were patient in a long search. Several areas in S. TX are the fastest growing in the country. That makes bidding, putting a deposit, etc., very tricky. It took us quite a few months as we completely changed areas we wanted to purchase in a couple of times. I highly recommend them, very professional and helpful.

Was interested in buying a first home, realtor created a hard inquiry in my credit (which was not bad 670) and stopped communicating. 2+ months later another agent from same company called to see if I was still interested in buying a home.UPDATE: AE Realty reached out to me about the issue and apologized. They seemed professional and really interested in my needs and wanted to help out/ make up for it.
