Even if he was in a meeting, he would still let me know that he would get back with me, always a response! Elliott came highly recommended by our realtor in the Bay Area. We decided to move forward with him almost immediately because of many reasons. First, we really valued his honesty and integrity. Second, he listened and truly understood our needs. We were a family of four, a newborn and a 3 year old, and were moving from California and buying a home in a new city. Considering the fact the transaction was able to transpire during these uncertain “COVID“ times is a miracle. My son John was in escrow back in March on another property being represented by a very inexperienced agent, and as they say, things happen for a reason, cannot be more the truth. That transaction ended up in us terminating the agreement and getting out of it because my son was laid off from his job. As soon as he was able to return to work and develop a relationship with Elliott, things really started to head in the right direction. My first encounter with Elliott was very informative, and he came across as extremely experienced. This was a very unusual property given it was a new build and on a multi divided lot. Additionally, as you may be aware, I am a real estate investor in California and have worked with many agents in my time, and I can tell when somebody cares about the transaction, and even if they don’t have the answers, they make you feel as if they are on top of it. This is how Elliott made us feel. We would have loved as parents to be with John to help him through this process, but we were not, and it was very comforting to know that he was in good hands with Elliott. Realty Austin has a good guy on their team, and as they say, you’re only as good as the people who work for you.
