    From 2024 until the sale of our house in early 2025, we worked with Realty Austin, specifically Debbie Rumfelt. What a wonderful experience that was! We had been living in the house for 25 years, and it was due a few upgrades. Debbie and her team jumped in and took care of business, keeping us fully updated throughout the process. It looked beautiful by the time the upgrades were completed. Throughout the sales process, Debbie was fully committed to getting us the best possible sales price.     As Anna and I continue to settle into our beautiful new home, shout out to Bridget Guess at Realty Austin Compass for outstanding work in guiding us through the home purchase process! Bridget is an excellent communicator and prepared us well for many of the twists and turns that can come up during closing. In the end, she got us a great deal with the sellers covering all closing costs as well as some maintenance items so we moved in with very little out of pocket. On top of that, our appraisal ultimately came in a few thousand dollars above our purchase price so we had an instant increase in equity!     We had the pleasure of working with Sherri Farrias to sell our home and cannot speak highly enough of her and our overall experience. Our property had several challenges including previous failed marketing attempts from another realtor, being a unique property within an otherwise uniform neighborhood, and the general market conditions being not so favorable to sellers.     Lori Elam exceeded expectations throughout the entire process of selling our condo and buying a new home. She is patient, responsive, and thorough and took the time to guide us through everything... from understanding the buying and selling process, to offering suggestions (when asked) about what we should/shouldnt update to get more money out of our condo, to reviewing contracts for accuracy, and even providing recommendations for reputable inspectors. Buying and selling a home is stressful, but a lot of that stress is alleviated when you have a rock star realtor in your corner. We had a few bumps along the way with an offer being withdrawn, but that didnt faze Lori. We just kept discussing strategy and making adjustments to keep offers flowing in for the condo. I was also quite impressed with Loris tactfulness and negotiating skills. We would have overpaid for our new home and wouldnt have gotten nearly what we did for buyers credits after the home inspection if Lori hadnt paid close attention to tidbits of information about how motivated the seller was. Through multiple calls with the listing agent, she respectfully got a pulse on what we should offer, combed through details of the inspection, and set the stage for an aggressive but fair offer that was accepted. We couldnt be happier with Lori, and theres no one else we trust more to help us in the future!

    I would highly recommend working with Teresa Carson. She was very kind and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped get us get a 15k decrease on the original listing price with a builder that normally doesn’t negotiate price. Teresa also pointed us to a great third party inspector that went a long way in catching mistakes that we didn’t see initially which attributes to Teresa’s eye for quality inspectors too. The home she found for us also came with 25k worth of incentives so we went to closing with no closing costs and a 5.2% interest rate, which is great considering what the rates were in December when we closed on the home. 100% recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a great home at a fair price.

    Gail and Ben left an impression after meeting them back in 2020. So much so when we listed our home in September of 2023 we knew we wanted to use them instead of our previous agent.     I had an amazing experience finding my first property with Ferree Rhodes. It took me a while to find my perfect property due to changes in my career and personal life but she was always there for me when I needed, and was patient as we continued my search.     Ben was our realtor who helped us find our beautiful home in Texas! With the crazy housing market, he jumped through hoops for us and was always available whenever we needed him. I remember texting him late whenever I saw a home pop up and he would immediately respond. I think we had put in multiple offers on over a dozen homes and he was there every step of the way. We were purchasing this home from a different state and he made us feel comfortable with the investments we were making. He would drive to each home even if it was an hour away if we saw something we liked. I would 100% recommend Ben and his team on your future home realty needs.     Buying a house -- especially if one has never done it before, during peak season, and in this competitive Austin market -- can be very stressful. Thankfully, we had Lori Kelly to walk us through everything under the sun.Lori has been absolutely wonderful right from the very beginning. She sat down with us, and gave an excellent overview of the entire home-buying process, told us what a buyers agents responsibilities are, what a typical sale contract looks like, how and when to find good lenders, and so on.Lori also helped us determine the kind of house and neighborhood that would fit our lifestyle best. She picked out open houses for us to go to so that we could get an idea of whats out there and get a sense of the different neighborhoods in Austin. Additionally, Lori tirelessly took us to see houses, and always honestly pointed out the pros and cons of the place we were looking at. She made every effort to accommodate our schedules, and patiently answered tons of questions (in person, over email, text, or phone) that we asked her whenever we made an offer on a house. Lori was also extremely supportive during the times a multiple-offer situation arose on the houses we made an offer on (pretty common in Austin right now) --- she kept us informed about communications from the seller in a timely manner.When we finally found our home, Lori was, again, marvelous. She arranged for the property inspection the very next day after our offer was accepted, helped us negotiate with the seller based on that inspection, worked closely with the title company and lender to enable a smooth closing, and recommended contractors for repair work and home maintenance services.Lori has become a part of our family -- we love talking to her! She is cheerful, fun, patient, and simply excellent at her job. We recommend her highly.

    Im from out of state (California), and needed to find a knowledgeable, and experienced realtor to help me sell my Austin home. Since I could not be there physically for the entire process, I had to find someone I could trust to help me get to the finish line. I found Jeff via a referrral from someone very close to him. Jeff impressed me from the start. His presentation to me was very professional, well thought out and filled with a wealth of really useful information so that I can make an informed decision of what I needed to do to the house to make it readily saleable. That was just the tip of the iceberg. The fact that he lived in the community was such a big help, as he would be able to speak about how it is to live there, and share facts about the school district, traffic, etc. So I made up my mind that Jeff was it! He did not disappoint. He lined up the best crew (contractor, HVAC, landscaping, sprinklers, flooring, window replacement, title company) to help me with refreshing many of the items in my house, and the end result was stunning. Needless to say, with his help, my house was sold on the 1st open house and for my asking price...I am very blessed and grateful that Jeff Tucker was my go to realtor. I feel like Ive made friends for life with Jeff and the contractor (John Duckworth) he introduced me to, as they were so exceptional in their work ethic, and professionalism. I highly recommend Jeff Tucker for future real estate needs. Hes the BEST!

    Justin Phillips at Realty Austin did an outstanding job! He was very knowledgeable and very responsive from the beginning. Justin has extensive experience dealing with the home buying process and is especially helpful with veteran programs used to purchase homes. My wife and I were quite stressed with our first home purchase and we were dreading going through it again, but Justin made it a smooth operation, kept us informed, and checked up on us to make sure everything was on track.     Amanda Nguyen is truly amazing! She was recommended to me by a friend, and she made the entire home buying process so easy for me. Once I was finally able to make it out to Austin, she set up an incredible tour day for us. The whole process with start to finish took no longer than 2 months, and we were very happy to find the perfect house in our top location of preference! Lori was proactive in checking out houses as they hit the market and would be on a video call with us every weekend as she went house hunting for us!     I am very happy that Marcia Kim reached out to me nearly a year ago. Having just moved to Austin, I was interested in buying a home sometime down the road. When things got serious as my lease was expiring, she was instrumental in my search process. Not only did she advise on areas that were a good fit for me, but she sought out options based on my personality, interests, and lifestyle. I felt that Marcia wasted very little of my time showing me homes that were not a good fit. She was excellent at communication throughout this entire process and I feel that she had my best interests in mind. When I was faced with options that I liked, she advised on what homes would be best by projecting the location, future growth, and resale value. Not only did Marcia stand by me in all parts of the home buying process, but she was proactive in getting my builder to make changes in the home and include important features in their offer. I felt that she explained the process very well and was fully invested in me. She made me aware of all timelines and prompted me to act when it was necessary (something I really appreciate). Most importantly, she made this process fun! Her personality meshed well with mine and I always looked forward to meeting with her. I feel that she is not only my realtor, but also my friend.     I worked with Mike Easter to purchase a home in the Austin area. I CANNOT recommend Mike enough. His tireless efforts, mom-stop looking, making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for, and going so over and above through the entire process... I honestly cannot explain how excellent, attentive, and helpful Mike was while buying this home. I was buying from out of state, Mike did all the legwork, took pictures, did a walkthrough with video, he even did my contractor inspection for contractor errors (not my home inspection, but, like, the drywall isnt painted correctly, the window fits badly, this corner is damaged, etc.), and did the final inspection to ensure everything he identified was fixed. I had a few things that I wanted complete prior to arriving at my new home, he provided multiple options and researched options outside of people he normally used just so I had as many options as possible and I didnt feel like I was being railroaded into his recommendations. Honestly, I dont know about the rest of Realty Austin, but I do know about Mike. This is the second time I have used him. The first time, I didnt purchase or end up using him at all, even though he was just as helpful then. He didnt hold that against me this time, treated me like family, and found me a place that I didnt think was possible. I will say it again, I truly CANNOT recommend Mike Easter enough. I have worked with dozens and dozens of realtors in my life, and he is the only one that I would recommend due to his truly exceptional treatment of my family and I.

I was overwhelmed to say the least. But Marcy Dickson kept me above water. She has so much knowledge and so many connections! She was invaluable. I couldnt have done it without her. She gave me so much of her time and energy to help me understand everything that was happening PLUS she was candid and open about all of the uncertainty.     This is a long review but I am absolutely blown away with my experience in working with Jackie. She helped me close on my house in less than a month! I listed my house at the end of June and received a solid offer a week later. I had 5 showings on the first day and daily showings that week. Jackie gave me realistic expectations for selling an older home that ultimately helped me on budgeting costs for renovations. My house was built in 1979 and has a great floor plan. It has good bones but needed some work in order to sell. She helped me focus on areas to update that would add value.     David Ivy at Realty Austin deserves well over 5 stars!! As a first-time home buyer, I needed someone with experience in Austins insanely competitive real estate market. David was incredibly attentive and took the time to describe every aspect of the transaction from start to finish.I actually met David through the Bigger Pockets forums about a year before I made my first purchase. I was looking for someone in the Austin market that had experience with multifamily real estate investments and he stood out.He helped me prepare in the months leading up to the transaction by recommending lenders that could work with my specific financial situation. (Being in a new sales role sometime makes it difficult to get a loan without a long history of success.) After that we discussed my goals, what to expect in this market, and potential pitfalls to look out for. Once we were prepared, we started looking at the MLS for properties that met my criteria.Once I was ready to make an offer, he walked me through the contract and advised on several different strategies I could take to make my offers stand out. AND IT WORKED! My offer was chosen out of a multiple offer situation, and I should say that it was not the highest offer in terms of purchase price.While under contract, David advised me every step of the way. He was always so responsive and gave me honest feedback about any potential risks associated with the contract terms. At the end of the day, you want someone to represent you in the Real estate transaction that you can trust to have your best interests in mind.     Review for Libby and Alfredo Team:After falling in love with Austin and making the goal to make it our permanent home, my Fiancé and I figured we needed some help navigating this crazy market, especially as first time home buyers.We began our search on the various websites (Zillow, Redfin, Realty Austin, etc., etc.). Since we liked the interface and listings on the RA website, we eventually signed up for the Realty Austin newsletter and began getting emails from Libby and Alfredo. We decided to ask if they could help and that was the best decision we could have made.Over the course of almost an entire calendar year, Libby provided us with expertise, patience, and exemplary customer service. She completely understands the first time home buyer and always had an answer for our 101 questions. Below is a (non-exhaustive) list of how Libby was such a help to us:• Strong listener, remembers what we say and applies it to her searches• Very Responsive and Flexible - spent an entire day taking us to 8 properties and made sure her availability matched ours since we lived out of town (this is just one example, her communication was always responsive as well)• Patient - never tried to steer us in a specific direction• Respected our opinion while also politely giving her own - her actions made it clear she was more interested in finding us our dream home, than cashing a commission check• Expertise on the Austin market - gave good guidance on when to consider pulling the trigger and when to maybe wait for another opportunity. Also had knowledge of what a home should go for in a given Austin neighborhood○ This was extremely useful during the Spring of 2022 when buyers were going 50k over list and foregoing inspections• Had our back when our builder was not meeting expectationsIn addition to Libby, Alfredo proved to be very helpful and accommodating towards the end of the process. He spent a Friday afternoon showing us homes last minute, found us a high quality painter and facilitated the entire job on short notice, and was extremely communicative so we always knew what was going on.In the end, we put offers in on 3 homes with Libby before landing our dream home. When the house we eventually closed on appeared on market, she made accommodations for her team to meet us at the house same day. In such a competitive field and market, we never once doubted Libby and trusted her as if she were family and we became friends throughout the process.     My first time buying a home was a positive experience, thanks to Zach Wallace! Zach is very knowledgeable, attentive, and hard working. Buying a house is a huge accomplishment that I had always dreamed of but I had no clue where to start or what the process even looked like. Thank goodness I had Zach to help me navigate the entire process! Zach helped me from the very beginning (Feb 2020) to the end (June 2020), and is still available for any home-related questions that come up. We had weekly check-ins where I was provided updates and what to expect next, as well as answers to any questions I had. I often had questions outside of our weekly calls and Zach was always prompt at responding and gave me thorough responses and great advice. Zach was an especially great resource for me when I had to choose between two lenders. He went through scenarios with me, negotiated on my behalf, and gave me great information to make the decision that was best for me. He was even available after I purchased my home, helping me handle a plumbing issue with the builder and once stopped by to check in and ended up helping me set up my TV!     Teresa Carson was great! She made the homebuying process so simple and easy to understand. I was amazed by how quickly the whole thing went. I literally bought the second house I looked at.     We used Kyle McClelland as our realtor and couldnt have made a better choice!     Michael Langford did an amazing job with helping us find a house. We ended up going new construction and Michael was able to help us every step of the way through a grueling 14 month process with a difficult builder. While other buyers had difficulty contacting the builder, Michael was able to always get our questions addressed and schedule regular meetings and even get our inspection items fixed. On top of that, Michael is just a good person in general and has a very positive personality. I have a lot of respect for him and am very glad we went with him to help us with our first home purchase. I especially appreciated how even after closing he was following up with us and making sure everything was going good.

    I have known Charlotte Hair with Realty Austin for many years. As a lender I believe in teamwork and Charlotte takes such great care of her clients that when I was about to sell one of my investment properties, I reached out to Charlotte because I knew she would take care of me. I advised what I wanted to get out of my sale and she thought the house was worth more so we increased the price and in less than a week received a full price offer. Charlotte is very detailed and even went into the house to change a few light bulbs because they had burned out. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.     Over the years I have had the occasion to use a real estate agent 5 or 6 times as I have bought and sold homes here in Austin. I had never used the same agent twice. Not that there was anything wrong with the service received but that that was nothing particularly exceptional or memorable about it either.That was until I bought my last home using Amanda Dudley as my agent. It was like night and day compared to any experience I have had with a real estate agent. She was always on top of things and was very proactive as if she could see how things would unfold before they happened. She really went to bat for me and did a great job.I do not know if she was a Realty Austin then but she was with Realty Austin when I contacted her again about a hear ago because I was interested in purchasing a condo. I was a very picky buyer in a very swift market so it took me nearly a year to find exactly what I wanted and to get my offer in early enough to get it accepted. Amanda was great even sending out mailing to owners of condo communities I was interested in to see of there were any owners considering selling.I finally found a place and had some issues with the seller and also with my lender but Amanda took on the role of fixer finding ways to fix and rectify any and all issues that came up. As before she really when to bat for me on several occasions and I had a smooth closing less than a month after I made my offer.I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would not consider any other option should I need an agent again in the future!

    Jeremy Fisher with Reality Austin North is top notch, he really knows every angle and what to look for and avoid in the real estate market. He helped us buy our home in Leander in 2017 and also helped us sell in 2022.     Sara Hoang Is not only the best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with but also the best we have ever heard of. Recently Shara Hicks, an agent for Realty Austin - North just helped us successfully complete that process. From helping us obtain a mortgage advisor so that we could pre-qualify, to understanding our requirements and helping us locate appropriate properties, to supporting us through the final closing process, Shara was always responsive and very important to us finally ending up with a new home that we are extremely happy with. On top of that, she is just a very nice and pleasant person to work with when you are dealing with the competitive bidding against other buyers for many properties. While I dont expect to be in the market to purchase another house here any time soon, I would highly recommend Shara as an agent to anybody who is.

    Zach Wallace is an absolute BEAST! If you want the best agent Zach is your guy. I truly feel like I have the best in the business fighting in my corner! The thing that sets her apart is her care and consideration for her clients.     DAVID AND ALYSSA TEAM: My wife and I had the honor of listing our home with David Ramirez and Alyssa Flores (David and Alyssa Team)! We have sold several homes over the years and we cant say enough positive things about both of these OUTSTANDING individuals and agents. We interviewed 4 agents before selecting David and Alyssa...they earned the job! They not only met, but exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond from the moment they got the listing until we handed the keys over to the new owners! Their market analysis, all aspects of the listing (sites, brochure, internet, etc), and communication throughout the process was exemplary. We sold our home in 8 days!     I highly recommend Zach to anyone looking to buy a home, he and his team truly care about their customers & will find u the perfect place!He not only helped us find our home but got us the best 1st time VA home lender options, our house had everything we were looking for, & it was even in the city we wanted to move to. We also worked with his incredible team Julia & Morgan.. who along with him would check in on us every week while our house was being built. Julia came with us to bid on homes during weekends, and helped us with our final walk-throughs along with Zach.     Working with Kyle Roberts has been a wonderful experience all around. He took the time to get to know us, our situation and likes and dislikes in detail. It was really great to have somebody in the Austin area to help us get to know the real estate and market better. However he did not stop there, he put in the extra effort to help us identify a realtor to sell our house in New Hampshire and find a temporary rental while our new construction was being finished.     This is the third house weve owned, so weve had a fair amount of experience with real estate agents. Marcia Baltimore was by far the best agent with whom we have worked. We were moving to Austin from another state, so we really needed someone with knowledge of the area. She was very helpful in that respect, and she was very accommodating of our needs. (We had basically two days to find a house, and she fit us in with no problems. Also, initially we planned to lease a house, but then decided to buy. She was very flexible.) She also was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had. I would definitely use her again if I planned to buy or sell, and Id highly recommend her.

    My wife and I are from Houston and were buying a house in the Lake Travis area. Mary Williams of Realty Austin was highly recommended from a friend. Mary was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond to help us find and secure the right house in a tough market. She was very knowledgeable about the market in that area and all aspects of our transaction. She was always available and prompt in getting back to us on any requests. She made the real estate transaction smooth and painless when we live out of the area. She helped us find contractors, getting estimates for us, etc. I highly recommend her to any friends and family and hope she stays in touch! I cant say enough about her service and professionalism.     If you need a real estate agent, look no further. Mike Easter was my agent during my home buying process and he truly went above and beyond to make sure that the house we got was perfect. Mike was on top of all communications between me and the builder and ensured that we had all the information we needed. If an issue with the builder came up, you bet Mike was there to handle it. During walkthroughs near the end of the build completion he pointed out various things that needed to be fixed with the house and pushed the builder to fix everything before closing. Mike made the home buying process (what was supposed to be a very stressful experience) a breeze.

    We worked with Richard Fowler to buy our first house in Austin, then 2 years later, worked with him again to sell our house. When we were shopping for realtor, we talked to several realtors and companies, Richard really won us over with his professionalism, knowledge, financial work experience and background, warmness and most importantly honesty. We immediately felt that this is the man we can trust and rely on while making big life investment and decision.Well, our guts feeling was so accurate , we had a terrific experience working with Richard and truly enjoyed the time spent with him. He is very responsive, personal , caring and funny. He is also amazingly well networked that any obstacle we had around the house, he could hook us up with someone to get them fixed quickly and at a decent price! He really saved us some good amount of money when we were remolding our house.And of course, with his and his partner Donnas wise advice and accurate judgement, we remolded, staged and priced our house in the perfect way that our house got sold within 10 days after put in market while other similar houses were sitting in market for almost 2 months!Oh, thats another benefit of working with Richard, he brings in his working partner Donna , who has this artist eyes and will turn your house into a magazine home for sure! They both came to my house with tons of stunning decors and devoted 2 days of hard work to put them on, which really made our house desirable for the widest audiences. If you are going to use Richard and Donna, listen to their advice and do them all if you can, they will make your house sell fast for top dollars!!When we were buying our first house, we had to get a house fast with a green belt and within a low budget, Richard helped us nailed that! And when we were selling our house, we need it get sold fast too and with good investment return as we sold our house to do world traveling, again, Richard helped us nail that!! We truly think he is amazing and we feel very lucky that we had him as our realtor! We already feel him as a personal friend and will definitely go to him again if we ever return to Austin :-)

    It was my absolute pleasure work with Elliot Pemberton on 3 real estate transactions. 2 home buys and 1 home sale. Knowledgeable, easy to work with and a tough negotiator. Elliot has accurate market insight, is a student of the Austin market and its obvious he enjoys his work.Elliot is the absolute top of the ladder in his profession. I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism when I used him to purchase my first Austin home. He understood exactly what I was looking for and I found the perfect home for me. My second home purchase with him was identical. Elliot has a great understanding of value of homes and how much offer. He did great negotiating inspection items.However, I was simply blown away when he sold my home. All his prior talents shown through but his help prepping my home (recent full remodel) was critical. Every person he suggested I hire was great. In particular Elliot marketed and had my home staged in a way I did not image possible. His custom marketing was incredible: the staging was perfect, the photos were sharp/bright/accurate and they way he put together my listing and flyers was impressive. That house never will look that good again.I sold my home with Elliot in 23 hours, with multiple offers and way above asking.
