Brooke Williamson should be your go to realtor in the Austin area! I cant believe its been over 7 years since I first reached out to her, and she has been wonderful to work with throughout the years. She is well-versed in the Austin area and helped narrow down a list of neighborhoods and priorities for my potential home. I am quite picky, so we toured countless homes on and off over the years. Not a lot of realtors will have the patience to keep a positive attitude and continue to accompany you to see houses, but Brooke was amazing, constantly updating me about the changing Austin market and even helping me find rentals when I wasnt quite ready to buy yet. When I finally found a home I liked, we had had to move fast to submit and beat out competing offers within 48 hours of seeing the place, but Brooke was ready in a heartbeat, guiding me through every step, providing advice and answering all the questions I had as a first-time home buyer. She worked closely with the listing agent and quickly relayed any responses during the negotiation period. Working with Taylor James to purchase my first home was an absolute pleasure and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and aided me in weighing the pros and cons of going with a resale or a new build, and helped me make the right decision for me.Once we decided to go with a new build, she immediately sent me a personalized list of options and everything l needed to know and what to expect. Within a WEEK, Taylor was helping me negotiate an offer on a beautiful new build that I absolutely loved. The builder’s first offer/buyer incentives were pretty weak, especially for the price of the home, but Taylor negotiated and got me a really fair deal!As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. There are so many real estate agents in Austin, but no one compares to Paco Bertsch! Paco has helped me buy two houses in Austin, during two very different housing market conditions. Hes the ideal agent for new homebuyers as well as seasoned investors. What sets Paco apart from other agents is his trustworthiness, his knowledge and experience in real estate, and the attention he gives his clients. For each house we looked at, he made sure we were aware of all the negatives and risks associated with the property. Hes very detail oriented and spots little things that can balloon into bigger problems later. Paco was also incredibly helpful in navigating all the market changes that were happening when we bought our new home in late 2023. There werent any comps available for the unique property we bought, but Paco was able to creatively determine a logical price estimate based on the available resources. We ended up buying our new house for a lower price than we expected! The last thing Ill mention is that Paco makes his clients feel really valued and goes out of his way to be available for them. He checks in after closing, and its clear that he really cares about his clients. We love working with Paco and recommend him to everyone!

I had a great experience working with Brooks Lawson as a first time homebuyer! He was knowledgeable, communicative, and very well organized on every step of the process. I first contacted him on a Saturday and he set up a no-obligation buyers consultation for the very same day. When it came to actually seeing the houses I was considering, Brooks was very helpful in pointing out things that I wouldnt have noticed - like signs of issues that might come up in an inspection. Kim Fry is the absolute best! She is extremely smart and knowledgeable about the real-estate industry, but at the same time is able to explain it in terms that a layperson like me can understand. She is a total pro about following up with people - you can feel confident that she will always have her bases covered when it comes to communicating with the other agent, the inspectors, the lender, the title company, etc. She is extremely flexible and would make time to chat with us in the evenings and weekends if necessary - something I appreciate as a working mom with limited time available. I legitimately mean that.My wife and I were first time homebuyers who had very little knowledge of what purchasing a home entailed. Add to that the fact that Austin is a competitive market and we were needing to purchase a home during one of the busier times of the year, and we really felt out of our depth.Kim made everything a lot more clear, a lot less stressful, and Id even say pretty enjoyable. Upon our first meeting at her office, she patiently explained the entire process from start to finish. There were a few months after that wherein we were looking, but not too seriously. However, Kim still made time for us and gave us great advice left and right.When we started searching in earnest, she made herself very available to us. When she knew a place wasnt right for our family, she would be honest about it instead of simply trying to make a sale. She was understanding of our reticence with some properties, and we never felt like she was pushing us to make a sale. We met Jen Murray at an open house 1.5 years ago during house hunt for one of my friends and were impressed by her marketing. Later, we approached her for market our property. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She is data driven and her estimation on stats are more realistic.We are pleasure to have Jen as our real estate agent. She never left any of our questions unanswered and always responded promptly. She never limit herself to just a Realtor but also helped us as a friend to find plumber, stager, lawn mower etc and supported us though out the journey. I am pretty sure she never encouraged us to spent a single dollar with no reason.Most importantly, Jen was always honest with us about what she thought about the property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. We had to move out of town before we put the house on the market, and she was very helpful with getting the house ready for showing, letting the cleaners and repair people in, etc. She held an open house and within two days of putting the house on the market, we were under contract. She worked diligently to make sure our experience met our expectations. She worked well with the buyers agent to find compromises that we were satisfied with. We purchased a new home and having to deal with the builders sales representative and their preferred finance company recommended by the builder was not a great experience. If we had not had our realtor Isai working on our side to get things done correctly and honestly this experience would have been horrible. We’re so happy that we chose to hire Isai as our realtor he was very knowledgeable and professional. Had it not been for him working his tail off for us we would have not gotten our dream home.

I recently closed on a house in Austin that I was the seller . I can not express how happy I am with my real estate agent Daniel Hill . I believe that he went above what any one else would do to sell, maintain , and watch over my investment . I lived in another city and could not be a active participant. Daniel was there to schedule trades, maintain the yard , set the thermostat, I could go on and on. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to buy or sell realestate.

We had an incredible experience selling our home. Our realtor, who really was like our life navigator, is Suzanne Valentine. She was calm, cool and collected, professional and supportive.
