Grate Brokerage! Molly Wahrheit was very knowledgeable and put all of our worries to the side. Trust is crucial in real estate, and Realty Advantage/ Molly does not disappoint. They were upfront and honest in all their dealings, setting clear expectations and providing realistic assessments. This transparency made me feel confident and secure throughout the entire process. This is a great office with fantastic support from the Broker and office staff. Here is where you can grow your business and become a successful agent. The office environment is one of mutual respect and collaborative support. I thoroughly enjoy seeing my fellow agents here in the office and would happily help them in anyway I can. I also know that the mutual respect our agents have for one another ensures each agents client base would be helped by fellow agents, but not persuaded to leave the agent they are working with, that is so comforting to know and is very much appreciated!The opportunity to have free exchange of ideas without fear of inner office competition is tremendously welcomed and fully supported by everyone here.If you are an agent in a competitive office and are tired of that atmosphere, you should really consider setting up an appointment and come visit and see for yourself.And, most importantly if you are a buyer or a seller, this is the office to consider choosing your agent representation as you will get the most support from all agents to make your transaction a smooth and successful one!

Everyone at this office is so kind, helpful, and professional. They also know how to have a good time, and the director Johnny is always cracking some jokes. Molly is also very supportive and here to answer questions and equip the agents for success. The facility is great and there are so many resources for the employees and agents. So happy I found this place!

What a great office! I genuinely love the culture of this office. Everyone helps each other, seasoned agents are seen regularly helping newer agents and newer agents are so creative and happy to share their ideas with the seasoned agents. Our staff is amazing! There is always someone to answer questions or help out with just about every need.We have classes that really train and help you get out there and get it done. No one gets left behind between our trainers, seasoned agents and our broker, there is always someone to help you out.Our brokers door is always open to everyone. She remembers how tough is was when she started and is always willing to help or point you in the direction of the ones who can. She even answers our calls and texts after hours and on weekends!My philosophy is that We live in a world of abundance. There is enough for all of us. I feel that this office really exemplifies this. We share what works, encourage each other, and make sure that we all give back to one another. This isnt work, this is family.

The broker in the office has a wealth of information and experience and is always willing to share. She is intuitive to the agents needs and is always there with her support and encouragement.
