I’m a first time homebuyer and they have made my life so easy. They helped me find my dream home in less than two days and I was able to close in less than a month. Both had wonderful communication and were very flexible with my schedule. Always looked out for my best interest and ensured I had everything taken care of. I was able to learn a lot from the seminars at REV Mortgage that helped me understand the VA loan process with a step by step break down of house hunting, home inspections, appraisal processes, and closing documents. I highly recommend to everyone their services as they were extremely helpful with explaining everything to me and knew the right people with reasonable prices. They know the VA loan like the back of their hand and are the best at negotiating the best deals. They are very trustworthy and reliable. Ben and Elsa, thank you so much for helping me through this process and I appreciate all the time and effort that was spent having to deal with my military schedule.

Being a first-time home buyer can be stressful to say the least, my wife and I are extremely grateful that we chose Ben and Elsa to help us out with the process. Ben and Elsa created a personalized experience with their process of helping us find a home, they did not treat us like a number and were there with any questions or concerns that we had no matter the time or day. They never made us feel rushed and always put our minds at ease when viewing potential homes. They both brought their knowledge to every home we looked at and helped us familiarize ourselves with things to inspect within the home that we did not even know to look at when viewing potential homes. We appreciate that they never rushed us in the process, they knew that this was a big step and comforted us and assured us to take our time and look at as many homes that we needed to so that we can be happy and comfortable with our selection and assured us they would be there for us every step of the way. What I can really admire about how they help their clients is there overall knowledge and transparency. I wish there were more stars to give! Elsa and Ben were instrumental in helping us find just the right house, and that was no small feat. We were looking for a six bedroom home with at least two rooms on the bottom floor to accommodate the needs of my 96-year-old aunt and 94-year-old Mother In Law, who are both moving in with us. Elsa and Ben were patient and kind and very diligent as we viewed house after house. They were also quick to answer all our questions and really listened as we explained our specific housing needs. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for their expertise and help!

Not because there was something wrong with the one we were living in, or because I did not like our home, but simply because I do not drive. I was therefore looking for a place where I finally could walk to the stores. Thanks to Benjamin and to Elsa we found that place.What can I say about Benjamin and Elsa?They are good. If you choose them as your realtors you can trust me if I am telling you are going to be in very good hands. They both are very reliable, and trustworthy. They are very present, and in our case they were incredibly present - to the point that they were always available when we needed them.They are very hard working individuals. And they are both nice.I am never going to forget one morning … it was on a Sunday, around 10 o’clock. We had scheduled an appointment with Benjamin to go seeing new houses. Benjamin had just taken a Covid shot. He had reacted to it with a high fever and discomfort. - What would you expect from someone who has a fever and feels terrible? To reschedule, right? No. Not Benjamin! If we had to rate Ben and Elsa Delacruz on a scale of 1 to 10, we would have to write in a 20! We started looking for homes in San Antonio and the Houston area almost a year in advance of one of our retirements as we planned our relocation from California to Texas, and Ben and Elsa were thoughtful and helpful partners at every stage of the process. COVID slowed the process of selling our home and during the six months of flying back and forth and missing out on a few homes we really liked, Ben and Elsa never gave up hope on finding our retirement home. We made several trips to San Antonio and Ben and Elsa (who we affectionately call “Belsa”) always had dedicated time for showing us properties over the two or three days of our stay. They even drove us to Corpus Christi (2+ hours south of San Antonio) a couple of times so we could look at homes on the water. After several trips to San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi, and a few Zoom & FaceTime home tours, we are now enjoying coastal life in our DREAM HOME in North Padre Island where we experience stunning sunrise and sunset views from our deck over a wide canal!Ben and Elsa helped us figure out the best way to position our offer to give us the absolute best chance of sellers accepting it.
