I really do not know where to start. Ty was beyond amazing throughout this entire process of me and my family with our plans to move from Orlando to San Antonio. Absolutely ALWAYS available even on his days off. Beyond reliable and extremely detailed. Me and my family unfortunately didn’t make it to buying in TX however it’s in our future plans and I WILL not be using ANY other realtor. So Ty you better still be in the game when we move out there! When you are looking for a realtor that knows what he’s doing and has connections with multiple people, Tylen is the guy for you. He does so much to help to take as much weight off your shoulders as he can . Mine and my wifes whole experience was amazing tylen kept in touch during the whole process to make sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. Another great thing about tylen is he personally knows multiple loan officers and they are great, and tylen does the negotiating for you so you dont have to go and break the other guys heart lol. Also tylen did the home researching for us we sent him what kind of houses we were looking for and he delivered. There’s multiple pros to having tylen as a realtor but our MAJOR one was that he actually worked in the same office with the listing agent so when our home we got had another offer on the table that was better than ours they just asked us to match it and they went with our offer for the fact that tylen worked with the listing agent. I can’t say enough about how happy we found Ty. He is an absolute professional and will always reply back to any questions or concerns. We moved from California to San Antonio and he made everything go through smoothly. He even did the walk through for us while we were still in CA during the closing. He made sure that we knew everything that was going on with our new house. There were no surprises when we finally moved in, except for the Champaign he gave us to celebrate! That was an awesome topping on the cake!! I’ve dealt with many realtors in my life, including family members who were also realtors and I can say confidently that Ty is by far the best one we have ever worked with. For anyone wondering how we found him from all the way in southern CA. We saw him on YouTube and gave him a call about the homes he featured. We called him and not long after that, we were on our way to San Antonio to look at houses. It’s been 9 months since we moved here and we love it!!!
