One of the the best Brokerage houses in Houston. With over 1000 realtors, is amazing that management ALWAYS returns phone calls in a timely manner. The sugar land office is run by two superwoman, always reachable and return your emails or calls in a timely manner. They are epitome of Realm motto - Good People doing Good Thing. DONT BELIEVE ME, TRY IT YOURSELF!!!!

After driving around looking for rentals, we called Realm on Saturday and were lucky enough to connect with Charlie Le. He got us the home application the same day and met us for a walk through on Sunday. He was with us for every step of the application process and explained everything so well when we had questions. Even after the lease was signed he’s been more than willing to help us. Highly recommend Realm but especially Charlie!

I put a bid on a house & my wife & I then moved forward to getting an engineer’s report. After I paid for the report, my engineer requested a stucco survey. it was an oversite for the listing agent to produce a stucco survey before I paid for my engineer’s report. I consulted with the Broker Eric Reed & after he quickly investigated the situation, he refunded me my money for what I paid for the home inspection. I want to thank Mr. Reed for his professionalism & quick response. I give this realtor two thumbs up for his integrity & for what was the right thing to do. Thanks again Mr. Reed.
