I have had the pleasure to rent from Pat Gray for the last 7 years and time have flew. Pat and her team have been amazing and the owner Mr Wilson have been great as well. Mr Wilson will ensure you feel at home and Pat will ensure you have everything you need to call the property you rent HOME.If you want a land lord that really cares, this is where you need to be. Ask for any homes that Mr Wilson own and I guarantee you will not regret it.

Kameron was wonderful to work with when finding my new rental home! The day we met up I asked him to view multiple houses and he made no complaints and took me to all of them. Absolutely fantastic agency to work with, I rented with them for almost 3 years! Their online portal was convenient for autopay as well as requesting maintenance. Repairs were quickly taken care of and they were good at communicating what needed to be done for inspections/moving out. They were also more than flexible and worked with me to allow either semi-annual or month-to-month leasing when I wasnt sure where I needed to live based on my schooling and new employment. If you keep the rental clean with reasonable wear and tear, you will receive back a fair amount of your deposit. I wish they had places to rent where I am now; I would have renewed with Pat Gray in a heartbeat! I highly recommend them for their quality and service.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Marty Gray when I moved to Fort Worth in 1998. We rented a house from him and at that time. Although we a couple of situations fairly significant problems that could have been handled in a more timely manner, he made things right and thats what counts in my book.Years later I contacted their office regarding a property and they are still top notch. It was a stellar experience even though I ended up going with a different property. I highly recommend this company for property management; buying and selling your home! It is obvious they love what they do!

My husband and I rented a house from Marty Gray for about a year. He was an incredible landlord. If there was an issue he was there in an instant to make sure we were taken care of. When we were ready to buy a house we let Marty know and he was fantastic as our realtor, too. Hes so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients and renters. He knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods and has great insights that you just cant get from anywhere except a person who has experience. He was patient and answered any and all questions we had (which were numerous, by the way). We felt very well taken care of and were even a little bit sad to not be renting from him because he was the best you could ask for. We will always recommend Real Estate by Pat Gray and especially Marty Gray!

I have worked with both Meredith and Pat they have always greeted me with warm smiles and have been extremely helpful. There was a small issue after move in that they immediately resolved and the service guy was nice and efficient. We love our new place and look forward to a great year!

Im on my second year of renting with Pat Gray and I love it! They have always been quick with responses even if I just have a simple question. I have only had 3 maintenance calls and they were nothing big but Isaac, the maintenance guy, is always very efficient and quick. I have enjoyed my experience with everyone at Pat Gray!

I have enlisted the property management end of Real Estate by Pat Gray to manage my rental home in Benbrook for the past 12 years. I am extremely pleased with the tenants they have found for me, one of which has remained for the past 10 years without missing a payment. The charges for management services and maintenance are very reasonable and the landlords portal for statements makes everything transparent. Marty is sometimes hard to get ahold of, but his staff is more than capable for all of my needs and always responds promptly to my tenants needs as well.

When asked her questions she was very knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction.She helped us sell our house in less than 2 days and found us the perfect home.
