Jennifer at Joe Cloud & associates and us van Zyls go way back to January 2021 when we moved to Dallas/Frisco. Form the first day Jennifer was there for us from needing advice or helping with anything around the house we were renting at the time form Joe Cloud & Associates, and when the time was right she helped us house hunting, without hesitation when we saw a house and asked her about it, she would no questions asked meet us there. We at the end found a house that we now call home and even now living in it for a year Jennifer came by and also still provided us with information on how to take care of our home during the cold. Jennifer will always be on our speed dial for when we need to sell/buy. Thank you Jennifer for always being there (not just as a realtor but as a friend too) for our little family and being a great supporter! Xxx

We moved to the McKinney area from Austin and Joe was recommended by my husbands manager. Joe had so much knowledge of the areas and gave us great information on schools, up and coming areas, and best commute routes/times.This is so helpful when trying to figure out the best place to live for our family and not have our work commute be hours to work and back. Kim has done several house for myself and my family. Each time we are very pleased with the services she provides. If you just want to see one house or 100 hoses Kim will be there to help you. In addition the rest of team at Joe Cloud is very helpful, and they host some great parties! The extra things she did for us made closing sooooo nice and if you need help dont worry because she knows EVERYONE!!!
