Radhi was excellent to work with and she guided her clients to a successful executed contract when competing with 6 other offers. The lender the clients worked with was responsive and Radhi made sure that her clients were ready to go with the lender and this allowed for a quick closing. During the repair negotiations, Radhi reached out to vendors to get their expert opinion before for asking for repairs and the HVAC contractor visit showed there was not an issue the HVAC and removed that issue from any further negotiations. Radhi is an excellent communicator and stayed in contact frequently both via email, text and phone calls. It was a successful closing for both of our clients.

Working with Radhi was a breeze. From the moment we decided that we wanted to buy a house to well after we closed and had moved, Radhi was there every step of the way. We asked Radhi in June to be our realtor. Immediately, we had a couple of meetings in which we discussed what were the most important things to our family and what we were really looking for in a home. I moved from North Texas to DFW Area, I just googled around for houses, I did not have any luck. However, I am super glad that, I fell upon Radhi Shah page online. The first was a decade ago when we were evaluating whether to re-lease or sell our rental house. Radhi consulted us on the prevailing 2011 market conditions, comparable market comps, tenants to target, repairs/enhancements needed to be made. In thirty days, our house was on market and in sixty days we had leased it out with a 30% increase against prior rent. Plus, she connected us with a property management company.This year, she and her remarkable team worked with us to get our house ready for sale. Following a thorough evaluation and walkthrough of the property, they laid out a detail plan with cost and time estimates of various items and priorities. This allowed us to set a budget and time schedule to execute the various tasks. Radhi provided references to several contractors, landscapers, electricians and other businesses for window replacement, appliances, fixtures, flooring, etc.Radhi and her team provided us the direction and checkpoints necessary to keep the schedule on track with the right eye to attention to detail. Little things can make a considerable difference. For example, our HOA notified us to remove dead Indian Hawthorne shrubs because of the February Winter Freeze. We had them removed, and I asked Radhi if we can plant some Junipers in that area. She provided a polar opposite perspective. Her view was to not plant anything but to put fresh mulch over that flower bed hidden behind an evergreen hedge. She clarified that let the potential buyers decide on how they want to set up that flower bed - with shrubs, evergreens, perennials. Just this little pointer saved few hundred dollars and many hours of effort. There are several more of such pointers that I can mention.She provided references of various contractors that were needed, and heavily involved herself in coordination, follow up, reminding us to pay attention to the critical items, and reviewing with us the overall execution of all repairs/ upgrades to get the house ready for listing.Radhi is very knowledgeable about the market and provided us right guidance on how to price the house for listing and in final coordination / negotiations with the buyer.The short of it is - get yourself the peace of mind and place yourself in very capable hands.Go Team Radhi!
