I was on the opposite side of a transaction for my buyer client, where Rachel was the listing agent. Throughout this entire process she has been on top of her game. Her communication was second to none and she fought hard for her clients best interests. I love when the agent on the other side is competent because it makes the deals go so much smoother. Despite several hiccups from our side, we were able to get both of our clients to the closing table. Any client who has Rachel as their Realtor is definitely winning in life. I just concluded a buy/sell transaction with Rachel... we won the contract on the buy side with ease and had multiple offers over asking on the sell side less than 5 days on market. I have worked with several realtors in the past (this was my sixth home purchase) and I have yet to encounter an agent more organized, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful than Rachel. She is BY FAR the best at her trade - I cannot recommend her highly enough!
