COMMUNICATION IS A MUST WITH ME!! I met Regeani about two years ago in search of a good realtor. Ive bought and sold 7 houses in the past and I have always been looking to making the next home better then the last. This was the best experience by far with a realtor that I have ever had. I could go on for hours about how Rejeani helped me during a very difficult and emotional time. I had to sell my dream house after a horrible divorce and she made the process extremely easy and kept me calm during all of it. She supported me in my emotional moments and fear; going way above her responsibilities as a realtor. On top of selling my home, she also helped me find a rental property that my children and I could start our new lives in. I cannot say enough good things about Rejeani and I will always go to her for my future real-estate needs. Wow, where do I start? There are so many wonderful things I have to say. My sister & I sadly had to sell my dad’s house after his passing.. It is already an emotional, sad time. To add to that we had other outside legal issues that complicated us in putting it up for sale. It took months to straighten it all out. It was extremely complicated. Rejeani was there when we needed her help, opinion or advice holding our hand every step of the way. Being green about all of this sometimes I felt like I was asking too many questions, but that was just me. She NEVER made me feel that way. She was always warm & welcoming to answer any questions or concerns I had. And she always answered right away or in a timely manner. So professional! She even assisted us in finding the perfect real estate lawyer to handle the lateral issues. This made the sale go even smoother. I am speechless at how beautiful it all turned out. AND— get this she also went all out in finding ME a condo that I can buy so I do not have to rent anymore ! In fact she arranged it so the day after we close on my dads house, I get to close on my new condo ! Pinch me lol Her assistance in me getting the condo included handling all the communication between the seller & real estate agent, recommending an inspector to check the place out. This led to a reduction in the price of the condo that she negotiated down to a price that was below the listing price. Again wow wow & WOW !!!!She handled both for me buying at selling at the same time with impeccable timing. If you need a realtor Rejeani is the TOTAL package & will work for you & with you , Look no further, Especially being a first time buyer & seller. She exceeded my expectations. Rejeani is a fantastic Real Estate agent/broker. She has the person, whether buying or selling, best interest always. She is a bulldog and will not let anyone take advantage. She works with lenders to assure timely closing, and if they dont hold up to their end, she will let them know and will work to get it taken care of at the last minute. Best in the business. Bought and sold our home with Rejeani. We had to buy our home sight unseen. She videoed and FaceTimed us, answering every question that we had. So, obviously when it came time to sell, she was our first phone call. When we had a last minute roof repair due to hail damage, she even gave us her roof repair date and contractor. I can not recommend her enough. She will ensure the process goes smoothly and that you get as good of a deal as possible.

Buying a house as a newly single mom of five was an emotional experience. House shopping felt like a funeral and I can count at least five open houses that I left in a puddle of tears. Until I met Regina. Her compassion nature made me feel so at ease, and her strength and knowledge made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She took up the slack when I had no strength to push forward. I felt safe knowing she had my back at every turn. From handling the purchase, to helping with the inspection and lender, she had my back. Once the home was mine, she went above and beyond to offer support with the little things like home warranty, fighting my property taxes, filing an exemption, setting up my utilities, and even helping walk me through my garage door issues! All in all, I think I made a new friend. Regina - theres a bottle of Pinot Grigio in my fridge for ya - hoping youll come by and share it with me by the fire in my new home. :)

Mrs. Campbell was the best real estate agent we’ve ever seen. She was so impressive that we did not use our family friend to sell our home. When Mrs. Campbell came to our house, not only did she have great ideas about staging, she helped my wife actually stage the house. I have never seen that kind of attention before. Mrs. Campbell took every call we had and answered every question. If it did go to voicemail, she always returned our calls in short order. We had several issues with the buyer of our house. Mrs. Campbell took care of every issue with the nightmare buyer. She kept everything in order. She helped us with any issues and was very personable / professional. Bottom line if anyone I know ever needs to buy or sell a house, I would recommend her without reservation. I would use her again if I ever need to buy or sell property.
