1st let me say my realtor is now my sister Sherrika is a BOSS.She answered my call on the first call. Instead of a voicemail. I got my letter of reassigned on May 25, 2022. I told her please help me find a house for me and my autistic son outside the city of Dallas. I gave her the list of places I want to live. I told her what I wanted in a house and that I have 4-5 wks to move and start my new job. She has magic because I closed on July 1, 2022 with a brand new built house. It had to be divine intervention with me and her because I tell everyone about her and Texas has a great Realtor that you can give her your dreams and she will understand the assignment. Sherrika is one of the best Realtors Ive worked with! She has helped us navigate our way through the homebuying process, from start to finish! The homebuying process can be very overwhelming at times, but Sherrika made sure that we had all the information we needed in order to make the process as smooth as possible.We waited for our home to be built, and it took a whole year, and she has been a big help throughout! UPDATE 6/7/2022: Google wont let me leave a 2nd experience review but I must tell you about this experience too!Wow! Just wow! Sherrika is amazing at what she does and made this process incredibly easy and stress free for us. I am NOT writing this just because we are family, she really went above and beyond to get us through the last few months.When we decided to list, Sherrika came over and did a complete walk through. She gave us a list of recommended changes, fixes and de-cluttering ideas and was very knowledgeable about things that were a must fix depending on the type of offers that we were willing to accept, like VA loans.Sherrika explained all of our options for showings and since I work from home, we decided we would do showings for 3 days. We got 6 offers in those 3 days!On the final day of showings, She listed all offers in detail and thoroughly explained each one of them. She answered all of our questions on the spot so it was very easy to make our decision!Once the buyers did their inspections and reported back with a couple of changes, Sherrika explained everything and made sure there was nothing outrageous. She also recommended companies and contractors that she has worked with before which was so helpful and took the stress away from us.Now we needed to find somewhere to live and guess who came to the rescue? Of course Sherrika did! She went above and beyond with this extra help!Closing day came and she found the perfect Escrow officer. We were in and out in less than 30 min.To sum this up! She told me the Lenders she works with who could help me afford a home at my budget. We found a home and got to work. She works with a great team of inspectors who checked the house from left to right. She made sure everything I asked for was to be fixed. 3 months later we are signing and moving into a home Sherrika and her team made available.
