I had a great experience with Tom today, I previously was working with a realtor and was getting no where. Tom got me more information and answers in a couple hours then others got me in months.I highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy, he’s very quick to respond and has been a pleasure working with in the short time I have had contact with him! Can’t wait to see where this journey goes with him.

Tom Ince was great through the whole process to sell my house! Before the house was ready to put on the market his expertise on everything to do to get the house ready for showing, and getting those things completed was a tremendous help! After showing started he kept me updated on everything and stood by me all the way through getting a buyer, always helping to resolve anything and everything that came up until day of closing. I would definitely hire Tom to sell my house again without a second thought! Selling my house was much easier than I thought it was going to be with Tom.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My husband and I contacted Tom last minute to line up some showings for us. In this crazy market- Tom was able to make it happen and think on his feet QUICKLY! He’s worked with us well beyond business hours to make sure everything was lined up to go under contract. He was extremely professional, educated on the market, responsive, and worked under pressure (as I cried in the backseat because this market is NUTS- haha). Beyond thankful and will definitely use him in the future.

We had to sell some land we inherited in East Texas and needed a local realtor to help us through the process. He is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable of the market and has a lot of local contacts which helped with getting surveys and timber value assessments done. The property sold and we are now happy campers. If we ever have anything else in the area to sell we will definitely choose Tom to help us.

He is calm, patient, helpful, informative, and most importantly for me, honest. We never felt rushed to make a decision, he always answered the phone, and all of our questions. If he didnt know the answer, he found it! He was such a blessing during this process. Not only a great realtor, but an even better person, who we now call a friend.
