Moving over after spending years at the kw office was a difficult decision that my team took very seriously. We interviewed multiple offices and ultimately decided that Pure was the best option for us, and we havent been disappointed. The support is excellent, and the coaching for new agents is the best Ive seen and they do not take a cut from commissions for the help. The culture in the office is helpful and collegial and everyone there is very happy. If there are office politics, I havent seen them yet. I have always donated large chunks of all of my commissions to the charities I support, especially wildlife and animal organizations. The office shares my belief in giving back: they spend an impressive amount of money building wells in communities without clean water. They pay for a lot of Google leads to come in to the office for agents in the office, and train people in their method of conversion. I wish it was a little closer to Austin but thats about it. It has all the things we didnt get at our past office, so the initial trepidation for moving was well worth it. For agents looking for support, culture, leads and purpose driven office, this is an excellent choice. For buyers and sellers, our office has excellent oversight and really experienced and well trained agents.

My husband Mike and I made contact with Kaleb Yates shortly after he came by our garage sale as we were preparing to move. We decided to talk to him about being our selling realtor and hired him after discussing what we wanted to do. He was very easy to work with and respected our wishes for the sale. Once we signed the contract, he was very prompt with placing a sign in the yard, having great pictures taken for posting the house, and describing the house in his write-up. He set up an open house for the next day. Within 4 hours of the house going live we had a full price offer! We asked to have time to sleep on the offer and told him to go ahead and hold the open house. The next morning, we made the decision to go ahead and accept the full price offer. He cancelled the open house, and we proceeded onward. Kaleb was very prompt with getting the necessary documents that needed signing to us. We are very happy with the process and Kaleb made everything easy for us. We would definitely recommend Kaleb to anyone looking for a realtor. What an awesome Realtor!! Kevin King is absolutely the best. We moved from AZ to TX. Kevin was super flexible with showing us rural properties all over the Austin area. We spent a weekend looking at over a dozen homes. Kevin was 100% looking out for our best interest. When we chose the house we wanted he took care of everything. We had some difficult hurdles with our lender, our mortgage contact left the company mid sale and there was a lot of mess to clean up. Kevin was able to work with the seller and keep the deal going, even got us into our home before closing. I would definitely recommend Kevin King of your looking for a home. When my husband and I finally decided to purchase a home, we didnt know where to start. We didnt know any realtors! My sister-in-law suggested starting out by going to an open house. One fine day, we did exactly that! Thats when I discovered the gem, whom is Ana Morales. She held an open house for a home she was selling, and we just so happened to stop by on our way out after seeing a open house down the street. When I first met her, she was friendly and delightful. I knew she was the one for us. She was easy to talk to, and we exchanged contact information. The next day, I received a text and email from her saying that she wanted to meet so that she could get an idea of what it was we were looking for. I learned so much from her during the home-searching process. She was there for us every step of the way. She genuinely cared and was so patient with us. We toured quite a few homes. Ana was on top of every single thing. I would have never thought of certain details, and she was always 10 steps ahead. Ana is super detail-oriented and very professional. Ana had a detailed schedule for us during closing, with specific dates and what we should expect. It was truly a joy working with her. Marriah Oshana was a life saver, we would have not been able to make it through our first time buying a home without her! My partner and I were moving out of the San Francisco Bay Area, which came with a lot of anxiety, and Marriah took the time to ease all of our concerns through numerous phone calls, text messages and video chats. We were unable to travel to see the homes in person, but that didnt stop Marriah! She was diligent, immediately setting us up with her online platform and sent us video tours of a few homes. She did such a great job listening to our needs and wants that she was able to find us our home within the week. She was our biggest advocate through negotiations, shopping mortage companies, inspections, and closing within a tight timeline. Marriah has many connections that it made getting home inspections and insurance a breeze. Just last week I was asking her how I could sing her praises! It only seemed right after how hard she and Tim have worked for us over the past several months as we, once again, are on the move!We have used Tim and Remax1 for two purchases and one sell previously and have been so happy.
