I had the pleasure of working with Karlyn Ellis on the recent sell of my mom’s home located in north Austin. The property sold quickly and that can be credited to Karlyn because of her excellent advice on pricing and suggested updates to make the home more attractive to buyers. Additionally, she was able to refer good honest vendors to address a few needed repairs.Due to a personal situation this sell was a bit more challenging than a normal sell. Karlyn quickly networked with her team to resolved the issue.Karlyn responded quickly to all of my questions, text messages, and emails. She went above and beyond and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Should I have another opportunity and need a realtor she will be my go to realtor!

Karlyn was referred to me by a friend of mine, who is also a realtor. This was a difficult time as I was moving my parents from their home of 30 years to live with me in a different state and then selling their home. Karlyn was very empathetic about the situation and did everything in her power to make things easier for us since we would be in another state during the entire transaction. She orchestrated the living estate sale, the house cleaning and finding a foundation surveyor for us just to mention a few. Karlyn gave us great advice on pricing the house compared to the surrounding markets and we were satisfied with the selling price. Selling a house is one of the most stressful events in a persons life and more so for people in their 80s and she was very sensitive to this. If youre looking for someone to sell your home that truly understands your needs and is committed in selling your home with your best interest in mind, I highly recommend Karlyn Ellis. Ive sold many houses in the past and Karlyn was the best realtor by far.

Karlyn Ellis has helped me and my husband sell and buy property several times, but she just did another amazing job helping us through the long process of listing and selling our property commercially - and then locate and purchase our dream home. She carefully handled all the contracts, negotiating and closings. Most of all she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive during the tense and sometimes emotional moments of the deals. We are so fortunate to have had her expertise and assistance. I wouldn’t ever consider selling or buying any property without her!
