Caroline was the nicest, most professional, and considerate I could ask for. She listened for what I was looking for and quickly found several great properties for me to consider. She was patient as we toured and had insightful answers for all my random questions. When I had found my favorite place she went above and beyond to help me be 100% with my decision. In the end I really love my place and can’t wait to finish furnishing it and live in it! I couldn’t have done it without Caroline and highly recommend her!

Caroline helped me with my new home in Leander and I couldn’t be happier! Since I live in california, I was worried it will be hard to purchase a new home from so far, but Caroline was always ready to take a drive to the places I was interested in, and we FaceTimed each time to virtually visit the listings. I also wanted to note that she has this zen attitude that will magically calm you through the stressful purchasing process, (yet she can still negotiate hard somehow). Overall, really great experience!

My partner and I cannot say enough good things about our wonderful experience working with Chris for the past many years in renting our Residential Properties in Austin, TX. Chris is extremely professional, honest, responsive, patient, efficient, and would never mind rolling up his sleeves to get his hand dirty if needed. He is very particular about getting the most qualified tenants that are available in the market and does a very thorough job in vetting all the prospective tenants. He clearly understands landlord priorities, never pushed us for a quick closing by pricing it low, nor pressured us to take any subpar offers. Chris is not one of those Agents who just simply put a signboard in front of the house and wait for the other Agents to bring the leads. He goes out aggressively marketing the house on the digital platforms and brings most of the leads by himself thereby closing it very quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for any real estate needs.
