I cannot say enough great things about Maykin! We have been trying to buy a house for years, and when we found this house Maykin moved mountains to get us the best possible deal and all the incentives. Her communication throughout the whole process was top notch. She was in constant communication with the lenders, sales agent, and title company to ensure we closed on time. 18 hours before our scheduled closing, the deal fell through. We were devastated and thought that it was the end of the road and that we werent going to get our home, but maykin was a MIRACLE worker and found a way to make it happen and ensured that we were not going to lose out on all the incentives we were getting. 2 weeks later we closed on our dream home! Even in the final few hours before closing Maykin was working behind the scenes to make sure everything was squared away and to ensure the numbers were correct on the final closing disclosure. None of it would have been possible without her. She is AMAZING at what she does and is so personable. She treats her clients like family. I will forever refer all my family and friends to Properties by Maykin!

We cannot recommend Maykin enough! We found her less than a month before we had to move out of our place and find new tenants. She was knowledgeable, came prepared to our first meeting with deep understanding of the area market and comparables, targeted our goals and priorities and then immediately set to work. She was impressive in almost every way — set and met ambitious goals, brainstormed solutions with us, put together a fantastic game plan, walked us through the process, and encouraged us and made us laugh at every step. Having Maykin as someone to trust as a new resident of Texas, first time home renter, first time home buyer, and first time home seller has been completely invaluable. She really has her client’s best interest in mind which is not easy to find. Her years of experience and expertise in Real Estate and property management made every property transaction very comfortable. Would recommend her really to anyone, but especially those in the medical field as she is well versed in the financing/scheduling/time line challenges.

If you want a realtor you can trust, look no further. Maykin has been with me through many home buying journeys. She found us our first apartment in San Antonio and 3 subsequent houses. I have bought and sold with her help so many times and never regretted it. She will always keep it real and has been in the business so long that she understands all the ins and outs. She is really patient and eager to meet your personal housing needs. Home buying and selling is always stressful, but she never is phased. I could not more highly recommend Maykin - if youre looking for a prompt, communicative, enthusiastic, experienced real estate expert and want to end up in your dream house, she is the realtor for you!It was my first time buying a home, and from start to finish, Maykin made the whole thing feel like a breeze. Right off the bat, she listened to what we were looking for and sent us a ton of great houses that fit our criteria. As we were viewing houses with her, she was carefully assessing everything and letting us know if she saw something concerning. She truly wanted to make sure we got the right house for us, not just whatever house she could make the fastest or most money on. When we looked at houses that we would potentially want to do some remodeling in, she was quick to offer insight into the possible costs and considerations, making sure we were factoring those things into our overall budget. Her knowledge and experience are simply unmatched. We found a house we loved at about 8 pm on a weeknight and Maykin immediately called the listing agent, who told her that another buyer was interested but hadnt yet put in their offer. As soon as we left the house, Maykin put together an offer and sent it to the listing agent that night. I firmly believe that we would not have gotten this house if it hadnt been for Maykins promptness and dedication to her clients. After our offer was accepted, she negotiated very strongly to get us the things we wanted and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. She took care of all of the behind-the-scenes work - coordinating all aspects of our inspection so that all we had to do was show up when it was done, checking with a contractor about the cost of any repairs needed, and even contacting our lender when I was concerned about something in our loan disclosure. On top of everything, she was incredibly excited for us, enthusiastic, and just overall a fun person to be around! She is so clearly an expert who has tons of experience and passion for what she does, and we now have a home we love, all thanks to Maykin!
