A year ago I asked my Roxanne Alcoser what we needed to do to get into our forever home in Texas. She gave me and my husband a list of things to do like fix our credit, save money, open secured credit cards, wipe away our debt, etc. We had already done some of those things so she guided us on what to do with the rest & one year later we were finally ready to look for a home! She got our process started & after putting in our application she took over the rest! She helped us choose our lender, communicated everything between us all so well, found us the home of our dreams, AND got us to close within 30 days!! She made our home buying journey so smooth & handled all the hard work for us!This was our timeline:End of January we get our approval - Beginning of February (on a Monday) I fly to Texas & Roxanne shows me the home online - Tuesday she scheduled the showing - Wednesday she submitted our offer - Friday we go under Contract & then we CLOSE within 30 days, & on Leap Year!!I cannot say thank you enough to her, she made all this happen! So thank you Roxanne, & for anyone looking to buy a home I HIGHLY recommend her, she will not fail you! ❤️

She met up SAME DAY of contacting her to see the home and immediately got the ball rolling on posting my home for sale. Vanessa gets to know what your goal is, and guides you day in and out on offers. The process to sell a home can be stressful depending on various factors. Mine was the stress of an as is older home that needed work, so we/she had to weed thru the low ballers, and other unexpected bumps along the way until we came across an offer I was willing to go with.
