    Our experience with Austin B. was unlike previous dealings with other local realtors. Though, the others were good, Austin was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR !. This young man really shattered the mold of client / realtor relationships. Austin always made himself available at anytime we contacted him. His professionalism, courtesy, kindness and just an overall great guy to do business with. Even though we did not find what we were looking for,.. YET, we know exactly who to contact for our continued house hunt.     As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous on what to expect and how everything would go, but progressive property and more specifically Jolene Marie did the most amazing job in making this process as stress free as possible! Jolene made the whole process so seamless, she always kept us in the loop on everything, showed/reshowed us multiple houses, she treated us as family and made sure we got everything we asked for in a house! Jolene was always there to answer questions for us, was always looking to get us the best deals, and during the closing process she was very thorough in making sure that everything in our new home was working and built correctly!     I dont even know where to begin with the GREAT experience I had with Progressive Properties. As an out-of-town buyer, there was never any doubt that my best interest was my teams priority. With the fast pace of the market, decisions had to be made, and documents had to be submitted VERY promptly--and let me tell you, I was NEVER left waiting on something from my team.The constant and consistent communication between my team and me was always very comforting. I KNOW they have so many more clients and their own lives, but they always made me feel like I was their ONLY client. If one person wasnt able to video a property for me, or answer a pressing (to me) question, someone else did! I used an out-of-town lender as well, and there were not any hiccups, or issues when it came to the timeline of closing, or making sure that all is were dotted and all ts were crossed. This team is very efficient and conducted themselves very professionally throughout the buying process. Also, I would not have been able to land my house if it werent for an existing relationship that one of my team members had with the sellers agent. This group is well-connected & ready to help you! From coordinating repairs to tending to our home since we were 400 miles away in San Antonio, Kip went out of his way to accommodate our sale. We cannot recommend him enough. Good service is rare these days. Progressive and Kip are fine examples of superior service.
