Matt is a great Realtor to work with. Hes super personable and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. My wife and I we looking for a home in the Austin suburbs and we arent millionaires by any stretch of the imagination, but he made so many last second trips with us to look at houses (during the pandemic no less) to exhaust all possible options. His motto is that its your house that youll be living in for a long time, you need to look as many options as possible to make the right decision.More importantly, Matt genuinely cares about your home purchase and sticks to your budget. He even attended our home inspection and of course when we got keys to the house! He is a straight shooter and will go to bat for you if youre getting a bad deal. Plus, Matt is a good friend and fun to hang with.Personally, I wouldnt use another realtor based on the service I received from Matt. He knows his stuff very well and will not lead you astray. Give him a shot if you are looking for a home purchase.
